a frontside 360 is a trick that every snowboarder should learn this tutorial will walk you through an easy way to learn your first run three spinning on a snowboard has two main components the first is pop it moving up and down getting your snow book off the ground which is predominantly done with your legs the second component is rotation adding momentum to create spin movement which is predominantly started with your flight the difficult part of learning at 360 is timing these two movement together jumping on a trampoline will help with your timing on a downward bounce wind up with your arms and shoulders then on a bounce upwards release into a frontside spin your upper body initiate system and after you top into the air your lower body follows around for a front three you don't need to look all the way around you spot your landing blind similar to how you land it back one try to keep your spin as smooth as possible and practice here until they're easy on the mountain jump some front side 360s with your board off without a trampoline we have to put in more effort but the timing and skills are the exact same the most important aspect of spinning on a snowboard is to initiate from your edge being on edge gives you grip for the snow and something to push away from into your spin service across are running a huge wind up and jump up front so anything now do the same but put more effort in blend up a little more pop harder with your leg and release faster with your upper body if all goes well you'll spend a front leg to city landing on your toe edge and end up riding downhill jumping up the hill which is quite difficult we may find yourself doing more of anomalies or sliding on the snow as your release which is fine at this point if you can get good at your frontside 270 while traversing on your heel edge you'll quickly be able to learn front 3's with a jump a heel edge side it is a jump it forces you to approach on heels you'll often be crossing a run for a stranger to be very careful but you're not cutting anyone off and that people can see you from above the important thing is to find a job to help assist your pop that gives you a room to approach on your heel edge start with a heel edge straight jump and focus on getting strong pop it's ideal to get at least one foot and fear hike back up and hit the same jump with the same speed and pop but this time at a small amount of wind up and release using your arms and shoulders to perform a fun slide to need you may only get to 70 a few times which is good enough at this stage you don't need to look all the way around to your landing it is use a blind man when you focus more on where your board is touching down blind landings are covered in more detail we're heading puncture this tutorial Cecilia with the black room you're riding with snowboard addiction our goal is to improve your writing

When I try jumps the back seems to slide forward and I eat the snow. Any ideas?

    Hi after some advice

I keep landing on my knees/chest especially if the kicker has a steep takeoff. Is it because of dropping that front shoulder or leaning to much heelside. Also Is it better to have your upper body over the board before you pop?

I always land right on my tail and smack my chest into the ground every time. I am spotting my landing and getting it all the way around, but I keep landing perpendicular to the ground and landing on my face. I think im not leveling out to the landing, and am landing at the same angle i was at the takeoff. Any tips?

Back side is easier, since you can spot your landing.

How the channel name was created:
"Bro, you have some sort of snowboard addiction"
    "Great channel name!"
    The end.

I'm a gymnast, and have been for 6-7 years, so i have quit a lot of experience with spinning…. but i was never able to land my 360 good enough to ride off clean. UNTIL a local parkrat told me that i did not have to turn my head all the way. Locking your head at after only 180 degrees was honestly the KEY for me. Just thought i would let you know in case anybody else is struggeling!
    Nice vid!

Thanks! I'm actually planning on trying to land 360s this upcoming season. I can already do flat 270s so I'm really looking forward to landing a 360

It’s weird my body has a tendency to only want to spin left… I can do back 3s and back 5s but can only front 3 switch… just like in skateboarding I always sucked at doing front 180 down stuff but back 180s no problem

Whats your opinion on doing front 180s and 360s off your toe edge. I dont know why but I feel so much more stable spinning off my toes than my heels.

I tried 360s before but couldn't seem to rotate all the way. The landing blind idea seems like it will help a lot. I look forward to trying it out this season.
