Difficult one to answer . To me 7s is easier to get up a head of speed as there is far more gaps and fatigue plays a massive factor

There's no doubt that Carlin Isles is rapid, but I just love watching Perry Baker. He has more all-round skills, but I wouldn't like to say who's faster. Baker is taller, so looks more athletic on the move. They're all bloody quick, mind!

Put this into perspective. I once saw Isles catch up to Seabelo Senatla, and Senatla had about a 10m gap on Isles.

Both Isles and Baker may be quicker, but I'd pick Senatla ahead of them any day. He's such a balanced player and makes great decisions. For me he is the perfect Sevens outside back.

Fifteens and sevens are different – 7s for pure pace and nobody can touch Isles or Baker. In XVs, I think that Fassi of The Sharks is Habana-like quick. I thought that the Springbok and Lions winger Dyantyi was quick until I saw him get caught EASILY by Fassi – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DioCXRmFvVk
