We want to compete in practice. I like high tempo practices, they don’t have to be long if you work hard and I thought both groups did a real good job of competing and moving the puck and playing with a pace, and I thought it was a good start.I think just the daily habits, playing at a high pace, executing in practice — out there we go from drill to drill, there’s not much time to think, you just gotta go out and execute. So I think it’s going to help us.Lot of guys coming in, there’s always younger guys coming in just adding numbers to the older guys. So it’s a really deep skilled team. We have all the pieces here and once it’s fine tuned, it’s going to be a well run team.”PENGUINS’ FIRST PRESEASON GAME IS TOMORROW NIGHT AGAINST LEHIGH VALLEY. 3 PHILLIES-NATIONALS AFTERNOON GAME, COULD BE THE END OF THE ROAD FOR PHILLY…- PHILS DO STRIKE FIRST IN THE 1ST INNING…JEAN SEGURA WITH A BLOOP SINGLE TO CENTER TO
