did you want to see what's in there today is kind of a different Friday the plain city park is hosting the Miami Valley steam threshers show I have a bunch of steam engines in there something they've done for 20 plus years and they also have a Friday night parade that's something that we usually participate in but we are planning on taking the s10 testing tonight so it probably won't do the parade today but why we're grilling food on a Friday is the they do a tractor ride is what they call it a bunch of local farmers and the people that come in for the steam show take a lot of their old tractors on like about an hour tour out through the country and they've got probably a two mile convoy of old tractors I think this year the feature tractors Oliver's so you see a lot of Oliver tractors and every year they switch a different brand of a feature tractor but they stopped here at fire punk for lunch so you're gonna see about 40 or 50 tractors roll in here and we're going to feed them ribs and chicken wings and corn pudding and then my mom was making some strawberry and peach desserts so put a pretty nice spread we did we started smoking the ribs at 8 o'clock this morning had him on the egg and I just pulled them off and foiled them and now put are those in the oven while I started chicken wings so once the chicken wings are done we'll put those in crock pots so they can stay hot and put the ribs back on the egg to top them off and we should be ready to eat at 12:30 so it's gonna be a good day [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] all right we're set up here in Plain City at the Miami Valley Steam cursor show and we're sled pull and tractors right now we got four classes of tractors and then we're doing the hut street diesel trucks so these are street trucks have to have full interior have to have OEM suspension we're allowing guys to put bump stops ladder bars in you can run whatever turbo you want twin turbo single turbo nitrous there are no power adder rule so should be a good show we got a lot of people here and we're looking forward to seeing kind of these trucks back up very seldom is there an actual street class where there's no turbo rules there's going to be a good time [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] [Applause] wrapped up a great evening and a good truck pull a lot of people had a lot of fun and actually didn't have too much carnage Andrew McCain was the year winner he was a diesel power challenge contestant this year in Denver and instructed very well got a hold of the track and line 332 feet before the wind unfortunately he did break a rear driveshaft I believe but one $750 cash take that home and buy a new drive shaft back on the road Cody Fisher he got second place and that was something that he's worked hard booking a late bracket together on the truck all day today and getting bump stops made kind of set it up he has a bullet sled pull the truck that much so congrats to him he did great for putting a quick setup together and then Trevor Hall from Indiana got third place that is a lot less power I would say than what say my quad camp is or what Cody's is I would guess who might be in the 8 900 horsepower range and he got third place so it's not just about having on a horsepower to win a sled full it's also about having a gear ratio and tire that can get a 1-1 with the track and get a hold of it you can take that at the other end but we had 17 trucks in the class and then we had a couple exhibition books and I think everybody had a great time put on a great show for the people their plates it want to thank everybody for coming out and being a part of this class I think it's a lot of fun to do a street class like this and we hope to see you guys next year and if you have any comments on how we could make this bowl better let us know if you glad to help [Applause] [Applause]

Is nearly everyone in the diesel performance industry too lazy to type out/say the word COMPOUND!? I know the Firepunk guys know the difference between compound turbos (which is what 99% of diesel trucks with more than one turbo have) and actual twin turbo set-ups (two completely identical turbos used in parallel, each feeding one side of V architecture engine)? They aren't interchangeable terms… I see this mistake everywhere… Come on people, compound isn't that long of a word.

I like the rules of your street class, other than being able to hang weight…I would like to see a class like this become the normal, rather than the "stock"-street-2.5-2.6-3.0 classes , I feel like more trucks would show, and the competition would be tighter
