favorite company has been making traditional snow shoes for over a hundred and forty years now a traditional snowshoe is bill a natural product hardwood and a rawhide we use cowhide for a ride so it's a thick hide we use the full grain so it means the full thickness of the of the hide so it's strong its durable it's fairly waterproof we offer three different types of lacing the classic lacing which is a tight weave offering a better floatation the heavy-duty lacing which is a wider lace it's a little bit more spaced out than classic lacing but because the white is because the lace a little bit wider it's stronger and a little bit more water resistant and we offer the leisure lacing we again use the full grain rawhide but some more spaced out lacing and this is to be able to offer you the the best price snowshoe possible so we make many different shapes many models many sizes we have a total of 32 different models so there is for sure one size for you one model that will suit your need and the terrain year will be snowshoeing in traditional snowshoe or build with the white ash wood frame and cowhide as I said so they're much quieter if you hit two wood frame together it definitely doesn't make as much noise as two lumen frame hitting each other also because we use wood we can make much bigger frames so we make up to sixty inches tall snowshoe like Deb jib where the u.s. model we make some 16 inches wide support and Bearpaw and an 18 inches wide money snowshoe so the wood frame which is built with crossbars it's quite durable and really strong allowing us to build bigger snowshoe so you get more flotation all the traditional snowshoe except the money's no issue AdvoCare knows so this is the easy exit of the snow print if you sink a few inches deep in the snow while off-trail the curve of the front allow an easier exit of the of the snow print the modern a snowshoe is an exception it's a flat snowshoe so the nose is flat down traditional snowshoe are designed and built the last year really long time so if you take good care of them if you revarnished them every year with the door all based wood varnish you'll keep them for 15 20 25 years you'll even be able to pass them down so make sure you store them in a dry place away from direct heat source and the Sun and away from the rottens and you'll keep them for really long time so take a look at the different different models we have the different lacing in the altitude section if you scroll down at the bottom of the page there's a section for traditional snow shoot to help you decide what lacing and what size and shape is best for you need take a look at that and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us thank you
