When it comes to retiring, most people want
the same things. A peaceful, affordable, yet stimulating place
that allows optimal enjoyment of the Golden Years. It can be overwhelming when it comes to choosing
a new city. There are plenty of places you can retire
cheaply that boast plentiful entertainment, charming neighborhoods, affordable property,
temperate weather, and lots of other retirees. 1. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Pittsburgh combines low housing costs with
a high quality of life. The median cost of homeownership is $1,100
per month for retirees making mortgage payments and $470 monthly for those with paid-off homes,
according to Census Bureau data. The median home price among older homeowners
is $140,000. Renting is also an affordable option for retirees
who don’t want the responsibility of maintaining a home. The median rent for people age 60 and older
is $670 per month. Pittsburgh is an ideal retirement spot for
retirees who are no longer able to drive. Free public transportation on the bus and
rail systems is provided to residents age 65 and older. 2. Nashville, Tennessee. The housing prices in this melodious city
will sound like music for your retirement budget. Older homeowners face monthly housing costs
of $1,200 with a mortgage and $430 with a paid-off home. The median home value among people age 60
and older is $230,000. Renting an apartment costs a median of $830
per month in Tennessee’s state capital city. There are also tax perks for Tennessee residents
who plan to work in retirement. The state of Tennessee doesn’t tax earned
income, but does tax dividend and interest income. 3. San Antonio, Texas. San Antonio features a cost of living that’s
slightly lower than the national average, with the median home sale price below the
national median as well. Active adults in retirement will find every
kind of housing choice – from dedicated retirement communities to all types of housing
in the city’s neighborhoods. San Antonio offers big-city amenities and
world-renowned attractions coupled with a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. Most famously known as the home of the Alamo,
the spirit of the region expands beyond its tourist labels, offering a community rich
in Spanish and Old West heritage. San Antonio’s sees approximately 300 days
of sunshine per year. During the winter, below-freezing temperatures
and snow are very uncommon. 4. Palm Bay-Melbourne, Florida. The home of Kennedy Space Center and Cape
Canaveral Air Force Station is often referred to as the Space Coast. A beach retirement along the Atlantic Ocean
can be enjoyed at a reasonable price in the metro area that includes Palm Bay, Melbourne
and Titusville. The area has affordable housing, costing retirees
age 60 and older a median of $1,200 per month with a mortgage, which declines to $440 among
those with a paid-off home. The median home price is just $190,2000. You could also rent an apartment on a modest
retirement income. Renters pay a median of $900 to live along
this part of Florida’s east coast. 5. Greenville, South Carolina. Located about halfway between Atlanta and
Charlotte, Greenville has considerably more affordable housing than these larger cities. The median home value among people age 60
and older is only $160,000. Mortgage-free retirees can live in Greenville
for a median of $320 per month, while those making mortgage payments have $1,000 in monthly
housing costs. Renting a house or apartment allows you to
test out a retirement spot before committing to a home purchase. It costs a median of $700 per month to rent
a home in Greenville. 6. Grand Rapids, Michigan. You don’t need a fortune to retire in Grand
Rapids. The median home price among people age 60
and older is just $170,000, according to Census Bureau data. Retirees with paid-off homes have median housing
costs of $450 per month. Those who are still making mortgage payments
are charged a median of $1,100 monthly. Renting an apartment can be a good way to
test out a potential retirement spot and easily move on if the neighborhood doesn’t suit
you. The median rent is $770 per month in the Grand
Rapids metro area. 7. Lakeland, Florida. Waterfront property doesn’t have to be expensive
if you consider retirement in this inland Florida area with 38 lakes. The median home price for people age 60 and
older is just $146,000. Retirees with a mortgage pay a median of $1,140
per month in homeownership costs. Monthly expenses drop to $400 among retiree
homeowners who have paid off their mortgage. Renters age 60 and older are charged a median
of $830 per month. Retirees in Lakeland enjoy mild winters, but
watch out for the humid summers and accompanying air conditioning bills. There’s no state income tax in Florida,
which helps to keep costs low for retirees with part-time jobs. 8. Daytona Beach, Florida. Retirement near the beach can be enjoyed on
a modest budget in Daytona Beach. The median home price among people age 60
and older is $185,000. Retirees who have paid off their mortgage
have a median of just $430 in monthly housing costs. Older homeowners with mortgages pay a median
of $1,000 per month. Renting an apartment in Daytona Beach costs
a median of $930 monthly. But don’t expect a quiet retirement in this
dynamic city that contains the headquarters for NASCAR and hosts several large motor sports
events each year. 9. McAllen, Texas. McAllen residents enjoy some of the lowest
housing costs in the United States. The median home price among people age 60
and older is only $73,000. The McAllen area, which includes Edinburg
and Mission, is the only metro area in the country where the median home value is a five-figure
sum. Retirees with mortgages on their homes pay
a median of $1,080 per month to live in McAllen, but homeowners without mortgages have significantly
lower costs of just $350 per month. Renting is also a good deal, costing retirees
a median of $580 monthly. 10. Indianapolis. Home to one of the world’s largest children’s
museums, as well as professional and college sports teams and miles of recreational trails,
Indianapolis has plenty to keep locals entertained. Indianapolis’ lively downtown is easily walkable. With so many things to do, Indianapolis allows
its residents to experience big-city living without too much effort. The Indianapolis Cultural Trail connects neighborhoods
and cultural districts, and offers access to multiple entertainment venues, public art,
restaurants and shops along the way. The home prices in Indianapolis are reflective
of the state’s low cost of living; so low you will be hard pressed to find many cities
of this size with home values which average $120,000. While the weather in the fall lends itself
to outdoor activity, the winter months can be brutal.

COME LIVE IN SOUTHWEST & SOUTH FLORIDA PARADISE SO THE MASSIVE INTERNATIONAL DEEP STATE MAFIA BROTHERHOOD CAN LAUNDER YOUR MONEY & GIVE IT TO THEIR PARTYING THUG CIRCLE!!!! 22 YEARS OF MY LIFE (& COUNTING) HAS BEEN STOLEN, DESTROYED & TERRORIZED, & MY SON'S LIFE DESTROYED, BY THIS CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION THAT THE "FAKE NEWS" CHANNELS HAVE FUELED!

HERE'S SOME OF THE EVIL THAT'S BEEN OCCURRING IN AMERICA & WHY! IF YOU WANT TO HEAR MORE, JUST LET ME KNOW. I HAVE 22 YEARS OF EVIDENCE & LOTS OF RESEARCH. I'M NOW WAITING FOR THE FED'S TO OPEN THE OVER 70,000 SEALED INDICTMENTS…….

Boomers ran from politics for decades & left this dirty work for someone else which allowed Predators to have a hey day! Just like the police, FBI, CIA, DEA, etc. being trusted & going unchecked for decades. There's no sleeping & assuming someone else will take care of things if you want to maintain your freedom! But they slept & now we must fight the massive evil corruption that's grew as a result!

I've waited almost 6 years for justice after being abused for 22 years by these Liberal Deep State Mafia Thugs! The sneaky white-collar political game has grown out-of-control after operating for decades. Hopefully, Barr is part of THE PLAN after GWB surrendered when he visited the Trumps at the start of the holidays. If Trump's confirmed nominees don't work to destroy this international Mafia operation, all is us will all be controlled by MS-13 murderous gangs! That's where we're at!

I can tell you first hand massive, nationwide investigations have been going on since at least 2013 to take down the DEEP STATE. I live in SWFL & things have been bizarre since I moved here 22 years ago. Finally after 17 years, all the freaky weird stuff came to light after another bizarre incident occurred & I was suddenly awakened. I soon learned that Punta Gorda & Charlotte County is loaded with criminal spies & that these atheist, white supremacist, chauvinist, liberal, party-boy lawyers, cops, businessmen, doctors, nurses, musicians, rednecks, mechanics, CPA's, principals, teachers, professors, retired law enforcement, etc., with all the high-paying jobs, not only stole but terrorized my life for 17 years. I first turned to law enforcement for 6 months then learned many of them are corrupt so I went to the FED's. As soon as I started screaming & shouting, attending town meetings & backing the City Mgr. into the corner, I was swarmed by a variety of spies which included all the creepy locals, bizarre strangers & unusually bright strangers. I could not go anywhere without a flock of spies chasing me down & crisscrossing my path. I carried my cell everywhere, took photos of the stalkers & their vehicle tags. Soon it became clear that there's a full-blown Mafia here that's been under investigation for some time. Well, 6 years later, I'm still swarmed & taking photos of stalking abusive, money-laundering & drug-running Mafia thugs as well as nosy corrupt lawyers entourage of spies & FED's lurking around! No hurry at all while these worthless losers, sucking up fat paychecks & continuously vacationing for 3-6 weeks, all piss my life away as I now approach age 60!

COINCIDENTALLY, Punta Gorda Isles "PGI," a deed-restricted waterfront community where wealthy retirees from all over the world reside, was developed by 2 retired liberal party-boy CIA agents (now dead). Retired cops & FED's from all over the country retire here & then want to supplement their pensions with spy work! They're constantly licking their chops for more work (since many made bad investments or partied away most of their money) & trying to turn good people into criminals. Judges pay $65/hour for them to spy on innocent people! Many law firms have a fleet of spies who stalk locals, especially attractive women & those who are a threat to their criminal operations of massive money laundering & drug running which include Christains, Conservatives & those who have zero tolerance for drugs.

The evil lawyers here control all the money by taking it away from wealthy retirees, entrepreneurs, skilled workers, Christians, Conservatives, etc. & moving it into their hands and to their liberal partying drug thug entourage who dutifully serve their criminal operation. They terrorize & hold back those refusing to worship them & do as told. Once a cop gets comfortable in their position, buys a home & has a family, they are forced into the criminal game, otherwise, they will go no where, be demoted or run out! Most surrender because they'd have to move. The Mafia grows & maintains control through fear & financial neediness so they've infiltrated the banks to monitor accounts (terrorize when they're low to force people in), CPA's to get financial info., businesses so employees are hired & fired, schools to brainwash future generations or punish the children of Christians & Conservatives, courts to create their own justice system, etc.

Almost 6 years later, I'm still stalked & terrorized with investigators chasing me around every time I step out my door! I spent years (& counting) sending the FED's massive evidence & research by going back into 10 years of client files, detailing unusual incidents since I moved here 22 years ago, connecting all the creeps' backgrounds, reviewing phone records & contacts, investigating questionable people, etc. I took on an overwhelming endeavor & enormous criminal operation that is almost "Bigger Than God" in order to get justice by seeing them go to prison & regain my privacy & freedom. There was no other option but basically letting the FED's & Mafia Thugs give me a Death Sentence by forcing me into more isolation, having thugs scare the hell out of me, my life being further haunted so they can catch them, trapping me in my home with cameras & alarms, forcing me to spend every waken moment feeding the FED's info. so I can be freed, worrying about paying my bills every day for almost 6 years now, etc. &, thus, taking a serious toll on my health. I have no one to turn to since most people freak out over the mention that a Mafia exists so they run & avoid you, most of the community is Mafia and anybody I get close to is quickly terrorized by the Mafia! My funds have been so low that I can't even afford to buy a dog for companionship! I'm living in hell! I've tracked these savages from FL to IN, KY, NC, OH, IL, MI, PA, NJ, NY, RI, CO, WI, AZ, TX, CA, HI, etc. & Canada, Germany, Russia, Ireland, Dubai, England, Bermuda, China, etc. as the local Mafia has had Mafia come in from these areas to terrorize me or work to usher me into their predatory criminal operation!

I had an incident with 2 Canadian brothers who I reported to the FED's years ago! One brother spoke like a very smart attorney & owned a home in Punta Gorda and waterfront property in Cudjoe Key. This guy's Punta Gorda home was hidden by heavy growth & in a Black drug area near a high school. I believe they were working with the criminal lawyers & cops in SWFL & SFL to organize shipments of cocaine to be delivered to FL. The pallets of cocaine are moved from boats by contractors then to their warehouses or barns. Local businessmen then have mechanics & international distributing companies move these drugs to various states & into Canada! One pallet of coke has a $20M street value. I briefly dated the other brother who I believe was trying to lure me to Canada right after I caught drug dealers in a criminal act & began exposing their operation to the police & City Mgr.! He visited twice then I got brainwashing emails that were not from him but had his name on them so I would think that they were from him. These evil thugs were brainwashing me in order to traffick me to Canada! Thankfully, I didn't fall for it, otherwise, I'd likely be dead or forced into sex slavery right now! Thus, I'm very leery of Canadians!

I've been screaming to the White House, Congress, Atty General, out-of-the-area FL lawyers, FED's, Ivy-League universities nationwide, Blacks, Women, retirees, locals, etc. for years to enlighten Americans as to what is really going on in America. Oddly, when I immediately contacted Main Stream Media channels in 2013 & 2014, they completely blew me off! Just shocking! I kept going after them with solid details & not one drop of interest or even a response. I now know that MSM has Deep State Mafia "Fake New" Reporters who are brainwashing Americans to keep them in the dark so they can live big while we are working slaves, killing ourselves to barely survive & constantly stressing over bills. They're wiping out the Middle Class so that we'll have no means at all to fight back & they can live bigger at our expense! They're traitors, allowing foreign countries to infiltrate America in order to try to overthrow our govt, & evil hypocrites, who will do anything to keep stuffing their pockets with blood money, that only care about themselves & have no regard for all of our lives & what future generations will face.

If Boomers think they can keep being "Politically Correct" & leave the dirty political work in America for someone else, we'll become prisoners to a dictatorship govt. Boomers now have no choice but to fight & step up to the plate by getting involved, otherwise, their pensions, investments & savings will vanish as these highly-sophisticated predators will steal everything they have, leaving Boomers impoverished & forced to become criminals or starve! Boomers all want to be liked & popular so most sat back for decades & allowed evil to take over all the ruthless political positions. Boomers thought they were the smart ones by keeping their hands clean! Sadly, it all backfired on these self-absorbed Boomers! You can't have good government if the majority of good people all cowardly whimper away!
🇺🇸 Freedom doesn't come freely, you have to fight for it! 🇺🇸

Majority of Americans retired with $1,100—$1,200 and how in the hell you expect them to live in AMERICA???? What a lie! Do a quick search and you will find that Nashville's median rent is nowhere near $830. Look up what $830 will get you there. There are much better places for retirees in Tennessee. There are several smaller cities that it is pretty easy to buy a 2 bedroom house for less than $100k.

Daytona? We are trying to find another place to go. You are always in the middle of someone else's vacation here. When the races/bike week/spring break occur during the best climate of the year, you either leave to get away from it all or stay at home because of the traffic congestion and not being able to get decent service at restaurants….they are too busy. I had a friend who lived over on beachside who had motorcycles parked all over her lawn when she returned home. The police are overwhelmed and can't do much about it. But they have gotten better in recent years. Planners abandon plazas/strip malls to go elsewhere to build in newer places and allow the abandoned area to rot. If you live in a nice neighborhood when you get here, it will be outdated and not so nice in about 10-20 years because all of the local amenities will jump ship to go to the newer locations. So sad. I want to move to the mountains and live in the woods! LOL
