representing Glo and Los Angeles in Burbank California and he the Birmingham Figure Skating Club in Birmingham Alabama they’ll be speaking to highlights from whole new cause The Sorcerer’s Apprentice Stephanie Steeler ended John Zimmerman on the ice right now is opponent holding together for a year and a half they finished fourth at the 96th national Stephanie Stiegler and John Zimmerman in there in 4th place the story is one of a sorcerer pursuing a young maiden he keeps after her until she finally succumbs but at that moment at the very end of the program he loses interest and goes makes a disappeared their opening movement and now those side-by-side triple toe loop those are the kind of mistakes that young couples unfortunately get beautiful no matter what flip out from this overhead position Stephanie and John in fourth place going into this free skate and they would love to make a spot on the world team would be the first time that they have done that most likely they’d have to be in the top three here inin Dungeon lead but Meno and Santa yet to skate I think this number is really beginning to bring out I think he’s an enormous talent and they’ve grown together so much so in the past year it’s a delight to see and experience does pay off by the way Stephanie’s sister and brother Tiffany and Johnny wanna this year’s us junior pairs title so if Stephanie and John were some medal here in quite a celebration huh beautiful I must say I think they are so talented that was exciting the choreography was interesting it was creative it wasn’t just the same old thing and it also on top of that it was very difficult for them to create a feeling of unison in a piece of choreography that clearly has two people working in counterpoint to each other really wonderful they play off each other so well big LuAnn Zimmern with a big performance and Jenny Mina when Todd San will have to have a large performance here in the free skate when we come back if they are to win Stephanie’s Stigler John Zimmerman out of breath sitting beside their coach Peter OPA guard near their technical merit marks five point four up to five point seven those are very very nice marks remember they lost a couple of the elements there which but look at this these side by side triple toe jumps now these are hard and necessary and look at the step-back and the lean and both of them unfortunately didn’t make it but it didn’t disrupt the overall flow of the program since they got up early and will dry down with the presentation March 5.6 up to five point eight so Stiegler and Zimmerman pull in the second place right behind Eden dungeon

It's a shame this program wasn't in the hands of one of the stronger pairs of skaters…Who ever choreographed it did an awesome job…

5.7s and 5.8s on the 2nd mark are probably generous for the delivery of this program. Still, I always loved them, and the fact the program told a story, went about it in clever ways and used a piece of music that hasn't been done to death.
