I like how she said we need to do this just so we don’t go crazy. Snowmobiling is like a spiritual cleansing for me, a sabbatical.

ontario used to be fun but seems to get worse. back in the day we had the ski doo trails but with lack of support and funding in my town and area thats now all gone. Jobbers have also moved in buying land that people used to skidoo on now riding there is trespassing. other than in town roads theres not many places to ski doo anymore which is fucking sad for a small ass town.

Its too bad this diversity didnt really exist 20 years ago when snowmobilling was affordable. Now……its a rich mans sport. Sad.
    $25,000 plus for a sled
    Plus insurance
    Plus regrestration
    Plus $360 trail pass
    Plus feul
    Plus accessories
    Plus gear
Like i said. Rich mans sport

The OFSC is a laughing stock. I ride around Haliburton, Pembroke and Algonquin park and let me tell you 6 days a week its a mess. They groom it once a week for the city people and that's it. They used to do it every other day and it was fantastic for the locals during the week. Now its a giant scam. Paying $250 dollars to destroy you machine and body on these sno-cross like trails. No joke. It is the bumpiest most sad thing I've ever seen. I will not buy another trail pass. I am commenting here because I've tried to get a hold of the OFSC and tell them how it really is for the last few years but nothing will ever get done. Everyone please call them up and bug them. Its the only way the will ever change their ways. They suck money  out of us and do a terrible job of grooming. I feel bad for the volunteers who work for nothing in the summer only to have no care be given in the winter.
