April May June July it's been half a year since I've been in New Zealand then what a half a year is being start off with arriving in Auckland for two days then get it off to Queenstown and being a Queenstown for basically six months the summer in Queenstown or with no ocean at no Beach you know it's just like one of those things where you want to go surfing but the oceans like three hours that way and there's just not the greatest surf I'm spoiled for choice background that's for sure if you ever want to go surfing the garden routes and South Africa is where it's at don't anyone tell you otherwise it is gorgeous for those of you who live in the garden right then you're on surfing down you get it well it's a good bro yeah been here for six months recently just started snowboarding the whole reason I'm in New Zealand was or snowboarding the snow season started roughly the 15th of June um so I've been snowboarding for over four or five weeks really and what follows is pretty much a progression of my snowboarding from barely being able to link terms together – riding off piste double black diamonds jumping the medium line hitting medium to large rails and what a great time it was being progression has been fast has been fun but I'd say the biggest contributing factor to the speed of aggression is my history of surfing and skating I've been surfing for quite a while with skates in my whole life that have been downhill speed boarding it's done girls be boarding definitely contributes to snowboarding the most getting used to the speed you're going downhill that's the front foot yeah if you are capable down your speed boarder and you can freeride the days out of your board snowboarding is super job with having a great time snowboarding and my parents obviously they are the main reason set up here it's pretty damn cool what else so I'm riding let me go get my equipment I'm very stoked with the sport that I'm writing it is a Burton blunt 154 so 154 hundred to four centimetres and it's got a Flying V profile sort of blindly it just puts an explanation for the longitudinal profile of the board Rosa can tell they are rocket and then we go to camber under the feet and then back into rocker between the feet so we have a rocker camber rocker so quite there's quite a nice profile it gives you three primary contact points on an edge your nose between your feet and your tail it's quite a stuff board actually so its stuffer than most that doesn't really give us a lot as soft as your typical freestyle board so I'll say this caters more for your core terrain all-mountain type of board that's my boss all righty so yeah I've never done a video like this before so so hopefully you guys enjoy it and could cool might be boring might be just like peanuts but thanks for watching and maybe as the season goes on I might make a few more videos I but it she beanies if they're keeping me SuperDuper in snow I'll sort you out properly in Cape Town during those pleasant winters I'm currently out of the ski area boundary because a ski fields right there is super weird it's like thick weird snow underneath is soft and Flowery standing in the kitchen one she couldn't I don't get letter crawl into my arms I wasn't trying I was only trying to say I thought because she finally to my own she wasn't trying she was only trying to say Oh de facto so much just wait bitch oh yeah don't let it as far as our good Oh don't listen you I was she is
