welcome to stuck in Vermont brought to you by seven days my name's Dave a soul burger and we're here at Sharpe Park in Milton and it's snowing before you go you yell clear okay does everybody know you're coming down behind me is Cobble Hill open chef park you learn to preserve this 101 acre parcel for public use forever we just created this barn this last year you can eat here still bored here and let's not forget the new edition snow tubing so what do you think about kids have been sliding that Cobble Hill for years now well we've been coming here off and on for 16 years it takes a lot of stamina the kids have more energy than I do we're gonna find out if Cobble Hill is all it's cracked up to be Yuchun the best sliding feels one that starts you really fast gets you the thrill of going downhill and then gives you a long ways to carry that out under the right conditions and if you know what you're doing you can slide all the way to the bottom it's really exciting but you guys have something over your face because you have like a ton of snow comes right in your eyes I mean you got to be able to brave it though you really do a couple Hill like now Philo an arrowhead or nine hundred feet above sea level all three of those the Ned Knox were islands in Lake Vermont ten thousand years ago was that your first time down how'd it feel it's really steep and it's slippery there's like there's powdery snow and under it the grass is really slippery so it's like rock climbing up ending it takes a while to get back up but it's well worth the fun and so well worth the exercise these kids you're going to go for it guys so you guys going up for another round yeah they're already having a lot of fun and this has been the highlight of their day getting kids out and outside is probably the best thing you can do with them and getting them away from their video games and stuff and my kids will jump at the chance at too much time behind computers and playing computer games and not enough time out you know outside exercising do you wish that your home playing video games or watching TV really why is this more fun than actually get that tingly feeling in your stomach because when you get home they're not as rambunctious they're pretty tired out whereas if you're in the house all day they'd be bouncing off the walls and so full of energy and they sleep well I'm about to try the infamous Kabul I've climbed up to the top of Cobble Hill that was quite experienced all right flip camera get ready here we go oh hell I conquered you okay sucka wrong with your dad real soon don't forget to get out there get some exercises beautiful winner are you still filming yeah and I'll tell me when you do you're sweating right now no no no I have to go home and edit it I got that one that was awesome

I just recently found out that there is now an open area for folks to enjoy the outside sports at the end of cobble hill rd,I remember families going to the beginning of the road a few years back and it was awesome times for gathering and watching the kids have such a great time, what a better way to have fun in the snow with family and friends, hopefully you will post more videos as well,Thank You to the Sharp family you have a big heart to allow folks to enjoy your property

Nice job on making this video,The kids look to be having a great time and what you are doing for the community is such a great thing,It certainly helps to keep families closer in active activities and will give them good memories of the past to talk about when reminiscing instead of knowing nothing about how your children act in a social environment due to them sitting behind the animated world of computers and television.Thank you for giving families a place to enjoy winters in Vermont .

You have inspired me. Today I take the little one sledding, on a much smaller hill.
