Can we please as a society get away from the fake ass, almost sounds like you are constipated narration to try to make everything seem more epic than it really is. Its already epic.Just some regular dude talking in his nerdy real voice would be nice

I visited Aiguille du Midi in January and merely standing on the iron bridge sent shivers down my spine. I can't imagine what it's like to ski down that steep narrow rappel. Bravo to you guys and to Mr Edward Whymper who was the original Crazy Guy that climbed the mountain some 150 years ago!

4:24 That's what I've always found about skiing. The adrenaline and daredevilishness are fun, but secondary. The real spirit and the real joy of the sport is being 100% focused on what you're doing, and executing it perfectly. I guess the same is true of any sport.

I understand any fall most likely means certain death, but I cannot believe two of the guys do not at least wear a helmet, even if the protection provided in such an extreme environment is minimal.

They may realize that when you go to far it's over, but what they don't realize is that it is appointed once for a man do die & then comes Judgment. All the good times & adventures will mean nothing on Judgment Day when you face God over your sins. What does it profit a man to be the most extreme skier in the world only to lose his soul? You must be born-again to see the true paradise of God. Repent & save yourself from a generation that loves pleasure & self rather than God. For backcountry pow' riding that can help save your soul ~ faithandaction.net.
