So Claire is demonstrating the skill of T-Stops This is one of the many stops we will teach you as part of minimum skills The trick is to start by putting all of your weight on to one leg once you are comfortable on that one leg and balanced, you then bring up the other foot and place it behind you at a perpendicular angle, when Claire does it all four wheels touch the ground equally with the same amount of pressure and balance, she’ll then glide to a slow, steady and controlled stop
