Before we teach you Crossovers We focus on Stride You’ll see Laura is striding beautifully She is putting an equal amount of effort into each foot and leg as she pushes off the floor and spends an equal amount of time on each foot gliding When you first start skating it’s really helpful to count this one So counting in your head – 2 seconds on your right foot, 2 seconds on your left Her knees are bent she’s nice and relaxed and she’s looking beautiful
