stuff everyone i'm here at lowes extremer sports again working on some trampoline stuff I'm actually here today with tile ball he actually just moved down here a little while ago where you from again Franklin country yeah so he moved down here to just see with all the cool people and all the cool place was this winter though so not super fun right now yes so we're training here the coolest thing is he's actually been a patron supporters of mine for a long time so it's really cool that he's been able to move here and I'm able to meet them and train with him and everything so yeah have some fun and see what we can do so right now I'm trying to work on my Gary which I haven't worked on in probably over six months so I I feel like I have to relearn them again so I'm kind of working into his flow I'm trying to get my scariest back up onto the wall so here we go I got it back didn't take too long to get it back black man get them a lot back in the day but it's just scary coming back to learn garrison that's why they called scary today is just one of those days where I feel like complaining it's been snowing and raining all day jam my wrists a little while ago so at the gym I didn't get to do a ton as you notice I mainly focused everything on either hanging or jumping can't do any like pushing things on my hands so anyways I don't I'm not much of a complainer so I try not to complain that off and because life is pretty good even when you know things are down you can always find ways to make them up but anyways I just felt like pointing that out because I feel like I haven't been getting as many videos out as I like and part of that is because of my wrist and also because the weather so fickle here it was like super warm yesterday super nice and then today it's snowing and raining all day so anyways I thought I wanted to talk about guys enjoyed this little bit of a vlog I did get to and hopefully I can get some more training get some more awesome videos out there as the weather gets better and as my wrist gets better so anyways thanks for watching and we'll catch you next time

    I feel your pain it was getting really nice out up in Alberta then all of a sudden just got really cold and we got more snow

    The weather truly is horrendous. Every time I see a bit of sun, it starts raining an hour afterwards. Hopefully things clear up soon.

    Yo Ronnie Get well soon!! And how do you make it that your flips are looking so easy? I'm practicing the sideflip and i got it nearly yesterday, sometimes i didn't pull the arms right b so i jumped too low or i pulled my shoulder in so it turned more into a frontflip. Gonna work on it soon but i slipped while jumping und jumped over the mat and i had hurt my left foot… but anyways thanks for beeing such an inspiration! and sorry for the long text.

    I'm considering the possibility of learning how to use a skate board, It would make getting to spots much easier xD
