hello my dear rollers! how are you? Hope you’re ok, for those who don’t know me, my name is Carito welcome all to this channel today we’re going to do a Freestyle slalom trick this trick is called “eight” and it is a basic level trick the other week we had an intermediate-advance level trick
**for copy right music reasons I re-edit and upload the video again for you truth is that this trick is really is very very cool and and we will need a lot of bending knees so I recommend you to do a very good warm up before trying this tutorial and well, with this said let’s start with the video and don’t forget to turn un the notification bell so that YouTube will let you know that I’m uploading videos and you will not miss any of them ok? well, now let’s start with this tutorial something like this is how our freestyle slalom trick will will look, which is called eight and why is it called like that? well because lierally, seen from above we do with our right leg the number 8 between the cones, but also it can be seen as an infinite symbol don’t you think? anyway, officially this trick is called eight so we will let it like that you can do it with left or right leg and what you will need is: 2 cones with your right leg sorround with the internal part of your skate your cone at the right and the throw your right toe directed down to the left cone bend your knees and now with the external side of your right leg, push sorrounding the cone and put the toe down directed in diagonal to the cone on the right and meanwhile What wil our left leg do? well, our left leg as you can watch, never cross the cone line is always from one side to another it does a small twist pull the leg to the back when we’re in the right cone and when we’re sorrounding the cone at the left is making a compass do the twist and then it goes to the back and now in the other cone you push it to the front you make a twist and now it goes to the back something like pushing to get to the left cone and pulling to get to the right cone remember that is very important to have flexed knees specially when I’m in the left cone and don’t forget the arms, because the arms are very important specially while we’re sorrounding the cones to make easier the movement and the incercia of the movements we’re doing with the skates other tip that can be useful is that personally I flexed a lot when I’m in the left cone and I strech myself to be able to move my body generate some inercia to move better to the right cone so that I can sorround easier and get to the other cone and well my dear rollers, this is all for today’s video, hope you had enjoy it a lot I truly like this trick I hope you enjoyed it too let me know in the comments, what do you think? if you already know how to do it let me know all your thoughts down here remember that Ilet you here my social networks so that we can be in touch don’t forget to subscribe to the channel give it like and share it with all your friends see you in a next video send you a huge kiss and wish you a good day!
