Moomin: At last! Show yourself! Steve: The filmers to me are made in the eyes. That’s the heart of every film we look at the eyes! we don’t… you know, that’s… you don’t look at the mouth for challenges! But it’s like… whatever! I’m looking at the eyes! Moomin: You are to be mine and Snufkin’s secret only! Little My: What did you catch? Marika: I think that what’s wonderful about last dragon is that it shows another side of Moomintroll that is the kind of the weaker side. And that’s the drama queen side. I think it’s really moving when he lets the dragon go and then he’s like “ooooh” and that shows already quite early on what kind of person he is in fact or what kind of character. When Moomintroll is this kind of coming to an age hero, and so on, we have to show the weaker side aswell. Moomin: Stupid dragon, doesn’t want to be my friend. He only has eyes for Snufkin. Steve: That is what I love, is this, you know, this strange, white, sort of bear type, cow, I don’t know what, who he is! You know, Moomintroll! And Snufkin is a triangular green guy They’re so funny, lovely shapes. And yet the way it’s shot, and the way their performing should be like a movie and it’s a lovely… there’s such a beautiful theme, to love with an open hand. And it’s brilliant between Snufkin and Moomintroll. I mean, that’s very close to the book I think, isn’t it? There’s some additions [laughs] The song and [they both laugh]. I love the song! [laughs] Marika: It’s brilliant! Steve: Yeah… Marika: Yeah… Moomin: It’ll be further down. [they both laugh] Snufkin: Very good, very good. Moomin: I had you there, didn’t I? [more laughing] Moomin: Oh, that was a good one! [MORE laughing] Snufkin: “Further down…” [laughter and then a sigh] Moomin: Hang on! What happened to your hat?
