    Obviously 44.8 is fast but Kerley has got to perform better on a stage like this on anchor. Tbh we need a 43 split if we’re gonna get gold.

    The extra 100m run maintaining the lanes is a biased concept i think. the outter lane runners lose it whilst trying to run back to lane 1 and the inner lane runners are favoured by this in 4 * 400m relays. i dont understand how IAAF came up with this

    American runners just seems so flashy nowadays. Running with jewelry and stuff in is ridiculous. Also just because you’re running a relay and pass in first doesn’t mean anything. You have to run so that even if there’s a horse on the other team, they won’t catch him
