That appeared to be a 1974 Chapparal SSX, which was the first liquid cooled motor in a snowmobile. Then they stopped making snowmobiles, so the first liquid cooled snowmobile became the last Chapparal.

Its worth a shot but im looking for our old 1975 Artic cat Trail cat it was the prototype powerd by a 19hp Briggs & Straton it was also custom pin striped and said Aristocat on both sides of the hood . My Dad who passed recently bought it from Falls sports center in outing mn. He also bought our 71 kitty cat witch I still have. And it was the first one produced

I was always intrigued that Honda never got into the snowmobile market.

I remember shopping the used sleds at the dealers in the 70's. It's like I'm back behind the showroom again

Man, they had some really nice sleds up there and your old Polaris turned out real nice too. I think you should have restored the old Columbia for the show though because there wasn't any or anything like it there. Plus, in my opinion, was a better sled than the Polaris. But all in all it was really fun to see all those old sleds….Thanks for the video!

Lots of different sleds there. That was a good turn out. That old Moto-Ski brings back nothing but bad memories. Mine was junk from new ! I think I'm going to sell my Indy Lite and replace it with a Yamaha Phazer. Not vintage but a classic still. I think the kids will like it better. Mark
