The next exercise is similar to the previous
but more difficult. Bend your knees and lift your other knee and clap your hands. Clap
your hands. Clap your hands under the knee. Clap your hands under the knee. Clap your
hands under the knee. Clap your hands under the knee. If you haven’t got it, if you haven’t
got enough speed then step on the ice skating. Clap your hands under the knee. Clap your
hands under the knees. You can experience the shifting of body weight the center of
gravity to the left side and to the right side. It’s similar to the previous one. We
try to experience the shifting of center of gravity. Touch the knee with the same arm.
Touch the knee with the same arm. Touch the knee with the same arm. And do so, and do
so touch the knee with the same arm. And bend your knees the standing knee is always bended.
The standing knee is always bended. Yes, this is a little bit boring but it’s useful, it’s
useful for you if you want to be a good skater you have to do this.
