a team dog is a sideways front flip popping up the nose of your snowboard they are fun and very impressive have this trick to your bag and watch your friends chair from the lip before doing inverts on your snowboard get used to the feeling on trampoline it's much easier to try without a board first try grabbing under your knees to help with the alignment and get used to spotting your landing underneath you a training balls can make it like snowboarding because you have a sport attached to your feet however the feeling on trampoline is quite different than on snow on snow find a spot with a flat or slightly inclined take-off preferably a soft landing while you're learning to initiate a team guide you have to pop them and nose your board this requires a solid knowledge so make sure to practice a ton of knowledge the timing of knowledge can be difficult on the approach try to pick a spot a foot or so before the lips for your knowledge it's better to initiate too soon rather than too late try rolling off your nose over your shoulders and back get as low as possible before rolling to reduce impact keep a straight alignment over the tip of your nose if your alignment is on point you'll come right back on to your feet too right away this will help you wrap your head around how attend guys feels and will give you a confidence boost and the approach for an actual team dog position some weight lightly on your back foot lift your front arm but do not lift the nose of your board from the snow try to keep your board flat as you move closer to the take-off pushing your back leg into a forward motion as your everybody moves towards the nose bend both legs shift forward onto the front foot and push right up to pop if your legs extend and your upper body pushes forward throw down with your front arm keep your shoulders sideways and in line with your nose and tail the nose of your board will Bend and spring back propelling you into a flipping motion packing your head this will help you spot the landing underneath you as you flip over tucking in your head is also safer and will help you rotate be sure not to tune your shoulders and hips as you do this which will put you up actually the timing and technique of tame dogs is challenging at first but it becomes easier with practice small knuckles and rollers work great after you've got them dialed this tutorial was filmed it with the black gun you're riding with snowboard addiction our goal is to improve your riding

The question is: Why are your friends riding the lifts when you're riding the slopes?

I got mine on the second try today! So stoked! Found a fairly steep little jump with a soft powdery landing and just sent it!

I can double side flip on a trampoline but I do my side flips over my right shoulder but I ride with my left shoulder facing down the hill. I am terrible at riding goofy and I can’t side flip over my left shoulder so what can I do to learn this trick.

Wicked tutorial. Was really looking forward to trying flips this season, but a concussion stopped my snowboarding in it's tracks. Stay safe fellow boarders.

Focus more on popping OUT and FORWARD rather than straight up.
