a handy way to get your ski back on in powder it's rather than put it on flat and keep pushing it into the deep snow you'll have snow piling in and it can be very awkward to get the ski back on just spend a moment and clear the snow out make sure the toes nice and clean and actually put the heel of the ski in the snow there now get yourself in a good position spend the moment clear any snow off that boot much better just spend a bit more time making sure that's clear and I can place the toe line it up and push and I'm back in much easier they're just pushing it deeper and deeper now if there's any risk of avalanche get the ski on move out of the way and you can always check that it's on properly in a nice safe flatter area you you

+Elate Media Hello there, I saw you comment on one of my videos saying that this would be useful to me, but I couldn't reply directly due to a bug on youtube. This video is indeed really useful and helpful, I learned to put skis on in pow the hard way though, as I was stuck off-piste in a snowstorm haha. Thanks for the comment!

Yes, Thanks for this tip – in powder snow it might be difficult sometime to put on the skis again. Great 🙂

are you guys going to have Expert series as well ? I saw a purple badge in some of the videos labeled" Expert" , but I can only find videos for beginner, intermediate and Advanced (same for the iPhone apps)

Thanks, I had a hell of a time putting my skis on in deep powder, I was heading down the wrong run (one I didn't have a ticket for) realized it and then stopped. I then was moving side to side to get up the hill but it was taking a long time, so I thought I could get done fast by taking them off, big mistake. I then tried to put the ski back on but not to much success so I decided to take both skis off and just climb back up the hill. Took me about an hour before I was finally able to get back to where I could put my skis on (my legs cramped up when trying to clip in).
