or something – Josh Blackman here I'm going to show you how to make a homemade slant that you could use for uh you know for you can pull it you can drag it you can do a lot of different exercises with it if you look online at the different stores I mean they can cost anywhere from 50 to 100 to 150 bucks all I have here is an old spare tire I picked it up off the side of the road so it didn't cost me anything I bought a I bolt with nuts and then I have a wash right here from inside the tire I think this is like $1 $2 for this right here if you can't find a tire in silent mode go to local tire shop that will give you tires because I have to pay the dispose so I'm going to do is just take a drill drill a hole right inside of the tire like so click the eyeball boom team take the idol put you down into your hole all is not quite big enough so it's going to screw it in I'm just getting all the way down to all the threads are into the tire like so it'll take my washer I got put it on the inside and then place the nut on that's it so what's on there it's tight right here just regular old up go minis click here click it on let's all hold the toe strap here put it three there you have it Oh makespan it's not cold I can drink another cider probably weighs maybe 10 15 pounds so what you can do is get a piece of wood put it inside the tire and you can add plates on top of seen it then you can stack plates on it like so resistance fit so what do I have to do is I'll have to cut it I'll have to get us all but you know if you put that in or was on both sides so you had a platform at the bottom you could put up you could put plates in there so here you go there's the eye bolt there the clip the strap like that's it took took less than 10 minutes take a little homemade sling and they cost me less than five bucks so if you got deep pockets enjoy spending money you know you can go to rogue or anywhere online eBay Amazon buy a metal sweater course it's easier to work with the staff whites on but if you're cheap like me like the save money just go find all the spare tire spin five bucks and bam you got us later so thanks for watching be sure to LIKE comment and subscribe and stay tuned to see some more slick work awesome some slave videos coming soon

Sick video, The old school method is to fit bricks in the tyres for resistance for anyone who doesn't have plates

I am not a welder. It could be done, but easier for me to buy one. Or you could push a car and drag a tire sled, save money.

You grab the strap and run with it, dragging the sled or face the sled and pull the strap like doing a row. Or you could buy a harness to attach to it. I will get a video up this weekend and demonstrate how to use it.
