Hi, my name is Sebastien Lagree. I’m the CEO and founder of Lagree Fitness. Today, I would like to demonstrate how to do the Skating. Step 1: Place one foot on the platform and one foot on the carriage, then go into a stationary squat. Step 2: Push the carriage out using the glutes and thighs muscles of the carriage leg. Keep the platform leg bent and your body still. Step 3: Slowly and with control, return the carriage to the starting position but do not allow the carriage to touch the platform. Step 4: Repeat steps 2 and 3 for two minutes. Step 5: Change sides. Again, the key is to perform this exercise very slowly and to breathe constantly and to keep the tension in the glutes and thighs. The Skating is the world’s best exercise to strengthen, tighten, and tone the glutes and thighs. It stimulates all the muscles of the glutes and thighs.
