hey everyone I'm Jarrett with tone and tighten comm and this is how to do speed skaters what you're gonna do you're going to start kind of to one side and on one leg you come down it kind of looks like a curtsy lunge you're gonna come down and the lake cross in the back leg crosses over your midline to the outside of the lunge and then you're gonna come back up as you do you're gonna explode over to the other side come down into a lunge right there so at full speed looks like this you're gonna come down and you're jumping back and forth just like that kind of like a speed skater motion with that and that is how to do your speed skaters
