today we're going to look into how to cook 360 this is a trick that's so much fun that's a little tricky I've known it for at least last 10 years on and off it's like the opposite of learning a bite you learn it but you really get it keep it alive because it takes a lot of feeling to really get it right so I'm gonna relearn it today and share with you my thoughts on how you can get started doing it in a safe way before even considering trying to do a proper cook 3 make sure that you know how to do a good carve 3 with a slight wobble right in car have a nice angle between upper body and legs at the end of the jump you pop then you lose this angle but still tilt it into the turn slightly keep your eyes up then pull up your legs quickly and reach down your hands you make yourself small just gonna help you to uncork this gentle wobble practice this a lot on how people film you so you see what's happening it's also great if you know how to do a 540 because easy to rotate a code 3 and it's good that you're prepared practicing you cook trees onto an air bag great idea but on the trampoline are not such an awesome idea because it's quite different from a jump to tilt it back in the car that tells you into the turn so recommended practice this on skis my favorite kind of jumped for doing coke threes are like pretty steep and short a bit like this so I think this jump down there is pretty cool so while you set up the stabilizer I'm gonna try it since it's not like riding a bike my first attempt wasn't great now the coke she went to cook five frustrating because you know first try the second travel scooter try we had had thing worse better worse yeah now we're gonna nail it one more yeah in the end I did get my coke 360 back that I haven't got down since last season this there was so much fun because we were four people sessioning the jump feeling the struggle of cork 360s but also their reward have you so filmed so I see what you're doing right or wrong I also asked my friend Lucas for advice in my court and I think he really nailed some good advice on coke 360s here's what he said Jen's was doing so sample trees and he's doing the really technical and really well but there's one little mistake that he's doing in this video I wouldn't actually call it a misfit you know cork 3 is a very personal thing it looks so simple and the same time it's so cool it's so difficult you know so I always say it's a trick that you set with your core it's easier if you curve in and the best way is yours that you carve in just a little bit and you ski like a good skier you need to be a good skier for that you know you know the word angulation gonna be technical coaches they don't know but that means from the body jumps like that well she writes me you say race okay give me give me your again okay I'm a racist racer is not going on like this into the gate he's going like this so you wanna angulate a tiny bit that means you want to ski good with your head up so when you start your car the only thing that I find on your video is a speed correctable is your clothes are nice you keep your head up when you scream you're setting the car keep it up set it and first and go for doing the rush it 99 people 99% of people rush they put the head down you wanna do it with your body not just with your hand absolutely absolutely I wouldn't spoil it right now I wonder kids now like I agree with Lucas here that there's no right and wrong let's look at this guy he absorbs a job almost touches the lip makes us sick coke 3 nothing wrong with that this guy is leaning almost to watch 7 o'clock which means it takes a little bit longer to uncork it was so sick nothing's wrong with that but when I lean towards like 7 o'clock I tend to need more rotation in order to complete the full cork so what I suggest you hear is that if you would set it towards 6 o'clock or maybe you have 5 you would have a much quick cork and uncork motion even if that one day goes well that's the technique many use not top seven so what me and Lucas are saying is that there are more than one correct way of doing it as long as looks dope but if it doesn't work for you it's clearly wrong and you should maybe try some of their techniques we suggest here Carvin have a bit of angulation tape into the side a little bit keep your eyes up set the cork with the core and tape gently back make yourself really small in the air it's gonna help you cork and unquote faster as well something that helps me to think about this is thing about pop and you want to have the feet in front of you like you would jump into a wall I hope you enjoyed learning a thing or two about this legendary trick that can be so easy and awesome and so difficult and awesome or not also an awesome and also if you mess it up cuz you know it is tricky balance E and the key takeaway you know be patient start with little cork and slightly increase it don't overdo it oh yeah if you nail this we have another small pool giveaway we're gonna give away some sweet new Reno gear suppose the video of yourself trying this with the hashtag I stomped it and follow small pool Europe check out the sweet coke 3 air and the next one mmm yeah that's the stuff check out our online course for beginners in case you don't know what we are all about earlier how to do see you next time

Should I know how to cork 7 first? Or should I learn the cork 3 first? Already can easily do cork 7s on trampolines

Compared to a flat spin on the same jump where you would project yourself forward, in a cork spin are you also jumping the same amount forward (off the lip) or does the cork rotation carry you to the proper angle for the downslope landing? Your corks are so smooth!!!
