mm-hm [Laughter] that thing is Western now my buddy Chris Brown called me up one day hey you want to do a crazy mission from Rutherford all the way over to meager Hot Springs give me quite a mission cheer you up for it I'm like hell yeah I live for that kind of stuff after that we got all our stuff in order and we'll look for nice kids your bass rescue gear check down everything all dialed sorted all the slides though Darren's pick is that one down or that one what other slides going on mine Harlan our destination was the hot springs it used to be able to drive there in the summertime and slide there's a wintertime from chemical Valley a couple years ago a bridge washed out so it's been inaccessible other than extremely long hike or a helicopter [Applause] the thing about summer making is is it's a perfect tool to explore the backcountry in the wintertime Oh you I gots the healthy the bomb get your meatballs – meatball I got ya we just have a casualty with the toboggan I'm going to go hustle we're actually going up to an ice cave tonight and then we're going down to the meteor Hot Springs tomorrow oh that's what we're full-on we're going for an adventure way to go yeah we got we have people dumped up there for adventuring okay yeah give me fun longer funny good lick yeah being a BC native you naturally have this aspiration that go explore just because it's so available to you and once you start to get out within the wilderness it just fuels your imagination to be adventurous okay let's go through the classes what do you think there was a stretch in terms of if we was going to be possible to do this trip because no one has ever done that I was what spurred this idea to take very very very long way around into the hot springs that's cool here boy I'm not believing in them you're not a huge chunk of ice buggin like right now and then yeah some cracks in the walls big cracks and stuff I'm like I'm honestly worried there yeah yeah well let's go check it out sleeping down here that's pretty cool haha all these little drops form this cool sculpture hey you want your something real trippy turn your lights off hold on accounting [Applause] all right hi all right it's a husband actually loading up our sled now and we're going to venture on into this bit of an unknown route into these hot springs way over probably 150 kilometres through some mountain passes and through some treat areas it can be a bit of a adventure for the pioneering mission and I can't go oh there there you see why they call it a thousand legs just looked everywhere crazy you're going up you know victory line thing Oh No let's pick some gnarly line you women that's an impossible ride well it's 2:30 and we haven't gone very far we got a long ways to go it's not over yet tell them we're on our way down but we're gonna be half hour to an hour all right let's let's get to the cut lock [Applause] anything all right sweet we just made it to the cutoff finally but way way up high so we're a long ways away so but at least this road now exploration is in spirit and for us as health Norseman and explorers Globetrotters exploring in our own backyard is some of the fun stuff for us you you me yeah boys you sick crew we did it uh-huh that was awesome sultry memories a lot of people think life is about acquiring things setting goals and stuff like that both building memories sitting on your rocking chair hanging out with your buddies sipping whiskey tell some good stories and remnant [Applause]

If they would have been wide open it woulda only taken them like a day or two. They have 800-1000cc sleds with turbos and drive 30-40 miles per hour across the countryside

This is a short basic ride. It’s still cool but they are treating it like 70km is unheard of.
