We will start studying the element with Crazy legs with lead-up exercises. First we will try to do it without cones. We push off with the left leg and the right leg by turns. The main task is to make the trajectory of the roller of the semicircle shape. The next exercise. Now we stand on the side of the cone, turn by 90 degrees and do Lemon backward, after that we turn by 180 degrees and do Lemons backward again. Okey, now we are ready to do Crazy legs. First we do it in a more simple way. We stand on the left side of the cone and do a semicircle on the right side of the cone by the right leg, after that we stop the right leg and move it in the bottom of the cone, after that do the semicircle on the left side. We don’t stop and keep on doing semicircles with the right and the left leg moving them in the bottom of the cone. Your body is just above the cone. And now the perfect performance.
We stand on the left side of the cone. The right leg starts moving diagonally upward to the right, we stop above the cone, the heel turns by 90 degrees, does semicircle and stops. After that the left leg goes along the bottom of the cone, touches the ground, before reaching the middle of the cone it goes diagonally upward to the left, stops above the cone and the heel turns by 90 degrees and does a semicircle. We do not stop and keep on doing Crazy legs. Do not forget to stay above the cone, don’t move anywhere. Your shoulders are turned straight, don’t turn it by 90 degrees. To do the move faster keep the roller on the front wheel while touching the ground, moving diagonally and turning the roller above the cone. The next move – Crazy Legs Spin. First we do Crazy legs in a simple way, after that we do all the same moves but we do a little turn with every semicircle. In a perfect and a more complicated performance we do all the same, try to do Crazy legs spin on 5 wheels, stand above the cone, don’t turn the shoulders back and forth. Have a great training!

    1) Warm up
a- Start skating backwards with no cones doing half lemons, one leg at a time. teach your body to rotate your hips as you do it, leting one leg ending the movement slightly behind the support leg. Try to do it in a straight line.
b- Do the same making a backwards toe roll.
    2) With 1 cone, begin standig with it behind your body and keep it always like this doing backward lemons followed by 180º turns.
    3) Standing at the side of the cone, do backwards half lemons – push with your right leg in order to get to the right and then switch pushing with your left leg to get to the left. The other leg will be your pivot leg. Use your hips for changing directions and your arms shall swing inwards, bringing your pivot leg together. Your kness should tilt 180º to achieve the right movement.
    Pivot leg always on toe.

    Get crazy!

    1) Aquecimento

Nice video and a good break down only criticism being you don't talk about where your weight is or how and when the weight is transitioned nor do you mention what edges you're on or when and how those edges are transitioned

love you!! excellent video love you very much keep doing videos please very instructive!!
u should put glowsticks on roller and do it in the dark we would see movement more like green a blue for each leg
good work there is still work to do in tutorial videos. but listen my idea: glowsticks (Or LED or any light) of different colors on roller blades. turn lights off keep filming and doing moves we would see more, go slow motion and effects and arrows
