We stand on the left side of the cone. The right leg starts moving diagonally upward to the right, we stop above the cone, the heel turns by 90 degrees, does semicircle and stops. After that the left leg goes along the bottom of the cone, touches the ground, before reaching the middle of the cone it goes diagonally upward to the left, stops above the cone and the heel turns by 90 degrees and does a semicircle. We do not stop and keep on doing Crazy legs. Do not forget to stay above the cone, don’t move anywhere. Your shoulders are turned straight, don’t turn it by 90 degrees. To do the move faster keep the roller on the front wheel while touching the ground, moving diagonally and turning the roller above the cone. The next move – Crazy Legs Spin. First we do Crazy legs in a simple way, after that we do all the same moves but we do a little turn with every semicircle. In a perfect and a more complicated performance we do all the same, try to do Crazy legs spin on 5 wheels, stand above the cone, don’t turn the shoulders back and forth. Have a great training!
