[Applause] [Applause] hey good morning guys we're up here on the crystal chair on Blackcomb mountain our first powder day back in Whistler we only had to wait like four days and it's already a powder day up riding with TJ and a Rav ran into fan of the channel Tony Tony awesome man good to meet you dude yeah and we're gonna go up I think crystal has the best trees in Whistler Blackcomb should be some great powder some great drops we got Kris and a few others behind us as well so we got a whole crew ride today let's do it nobody's been over top yeah it's probably a drop in there somewhere oh yeah don't come this way don't come this way huh go around to the left all right TJ Chris you guys can come this way you you stride yeah you just ride right here I would just like stay high and then just turn down this way [Applause] yeah I think we should go to this under the trip chair on it looks pretty cool one two three four five okay [Applause] you prefer that board today to the my bindings are on this board that's why I chose it okay watch out for that big cliff like three towers so yeah there's a good big cliff but we're gonna go around it to the right no this is like the small one I mean two towers down yeah that's the big thank you let me I just go scope it up for you guys okay so you can you can kind of like just ride down over here you can also just like roll off that yeah yeah [Laughter] [Applause] that's Chris yeah that's great yeah alright guys I just had the first lap through the crystal trees we've definitely been spoiled by the Japan that that run was more like wow got it it was deep and heavy but it was still really fun some pillows I was loving it as the non Japan person I haven't been given the Japan to ruin all my expectations I thought it was great we're all up here on different boards today too I'm on the deep thinker handled pretty well it's not like a pure powder board so how to work a little bit with my back foot Chris how's your new board feeling yeah on the Travis trice Pro wide and compared to the storm-chaser it's definitely like bounces more and it's kind of fun because it just rebounds you around so if the snows deep you just bounce through just make sure you keep it underneath you nice more stability yeah TJ has the skeleton key feeling it feels pretty good it's a floating better than I anticipated but it's actually pretty similar to the deep thinker so like Kevin said you do have to work a little bit more with that back leg but it's been fun out here for sure yeah and run with Tim – Tim in the tombs from Singapore shit out Singapore I wrote a demo TJ you ready for this man bro you know it now we're climbing up into Spanky's this is kind of like the equivalent of a gate in Japan but instead I've just been Gate 2 or gate 6 it's got a cool name like Spanky's ladder but once we get over this we're gonna head into sapphire Bowl to the big open Powder Bowl pretty steep double black should be good stuff [Applause] oh I got it good right Chris Thanks did I make it or am i great run coming down through sapphire bull there the snow is really different compared to Japan I almost forgot what this Whistler's snows like but it was super fun TJ spiders are really fun kind of wind lip Joe for me has a little bit scary coming over there the low light coming it difficult to see the landing but yeah I managed to pull it through and yeah now we're in another spot a little untouched goalie and then the ride out a bit of snow Chris just don't hear any notes how was the first paddle up in Whistler definitely different hard work but so worth it what's the weight Alpine is different right yeah just look at those views yeah Bert how was it man yeah first time here in the fresh snow so I'm stoked to be riding with you guys and explore but with the freshies it's fun it's been fun yeah awesome man yeah Tim how's that man yeah it's pretty fun a lot different from Japan which is what I'm used to like terrain is a lot bigger a lot steeper it's good fun man the highlight for me was telling Kevin that he had a little popper and he just sent it so big pulled it out I was sick yeah so me and Bert were watching from the side backflip drop we were just like what I said now we're gonna cruise down through this gully and find some other zone you missed it you bigger cunt [Applause] yeah guys really fun day out there today it's always fun showing friends new areas so taking Nora and Tim into Spanky's for the very first time it kind of gave me like a fresh perspective on it and those guys killed it really fun it was good getting on the deep thinker again as well I've been riding the Orca quite a bit but getting back on the deep thinker could really feel the taper helping the nose to float in the powder there so a great day overall I think Chris and I we're gonna go down to the village now grab some food what do you think you man what are your your top choices but yeah sure something like miso miso soup I'm feeling the sushi veggie sushi shake it up and then I gotta do a live chat yeah guys if you don't know I do a lot of chat every Friday have guests on sometimes like Chris and TJ and you never know who is gonna pop by but yeah Friday's live chat [Applause] alright guys so we're going to a post snowboard yoga class Jill where are we going to yoga Cara Whistler in the village yeah guys we're meeting TJ and you're out here there first time to a yoga class and Whistler let's go check it out TJ for the first class you got your own yoga thank you it was epic yeah provide some childhood memories I've never done a game class like that let's good yeah awesome doing class guys if you get the chance after snowboarding hit one up definitely makes you feel better and gets you ready for the next day thank you guys for watching today we're off to get some food more videos that come from whistle this week hope you guys are having a good time riding let's see the next one soon

At 0:49 , charging too fast and too close to the downhill skier in my opinion. Always consider you may scare the downhill rider when passing them by too close. Particularly when they are beginners and don't feel totally in control.

I started incorporating stretching more seriously into my pre-riding routine about a year ago and it definitely makes a difference and helps. More vlogs or edit scenes on what you eat at home before, after, or the night before would be awesome too. Love the content man. Powder days coming up soon at Mount Hood, Timberline. Yew πŸ‘.
