It's great to see a bit about the actual popping, but there's nothing in here about how to hold on to your brains while you're in the air, how to rotate to the angle of the landing, how to deal psychologically with it looking way bigger than it is as you approach because you can't see the landing, and all that. I could really use some basic instruction along those lines. I've jumped as high as 15-20 vertical feet (cliffs, not ramps) but it scares the shit out of me and I usually land badly, it's just a good thing snow can be so soft

Looks so easy but when I do my jumps I usually end up in kind of sitting position when I land which is fine but I don’t really know why that’s happening

I am sure you'll learn about workouts if you'll read Unflexal handbook from cover to cover 🙂

you actually have to pop the jump not just ride off. bend your legs on impact. jump up like you are trying for your head to hit the ceiling

All good and all but what about brining your knees up a bit that’s bigger than,”preparation” before the lip but apart from that good job now learn a cork 1080

The thing is our ski instructer told me that we couldn't slow down cause there was a gap as the others did it the day before but I was sick so I went as fast as I could to get over it but turns out he only said that for me to go fast as there was no gap and i was the only one who did it u

I really would love to see you film the next episode in the snow park. Doing simple jumps is fun, but I'd like your tips to succeed on a 180 or 360. Or how to handle the different equipments.

I have a question regarding the skis themsleves. At what tension should the skis come off if you wipe out? When getting new skis, the dude said that the highest setting might break your legs before popping off. Im can go down the double blacks with ease, but there is always a risk of falling. Do you know a good tension level that wont pop off on a hard turn but also wont break your legs? Thx
