I don't blame you a bit for using the chainsaw to cut the floor cookies. Yeah, you could do it with a hacksaw or crosscut saw, but it would take 5 times longer and leave your shoulder sore to boot. Love that floor and the side burner/rocket stove. Brilliant.

Even though I saw most of the videos before, I simply love this kind of montage. If gives a nice feeling of accomplishment, particular when you show usage, the food at the end. Beautiful!

When I watched the build, there were a few things that I didn't understand, until later, when I saw it being used…but now watching this, it all made sense. Thanks for the always great videos! Hope you are enjoying a Christmas break with your family, God bless you.

Why did you have the rocket open into the firebox for your grill? I would think it it would be better to have it open into the kitchen itself. How is wood added if you have a fire going in the main grill? Do you simply remove your cookpot and drop it into the chimney? Good series, by the way.

Great video! I subbed ya. I grew up in southern Ont. but now reside in B.C. In my youth days I did a lot of canoe trips through Algonquin Park.
