Junior Grand Prix season that a non Russian team holds down 1st Maria KAZAKOVA and Georgy REVIYA of Georgia were at their best earning to 65.97 to take top spot going into the free. In Pairs, the final 6 teams for the Junior Grand Prix Final were determined and the only non
Russian team is Annika HOCKE and Robert KUNKEL of Germany who earned 156.31 to earn their 2nd bronze medal in so many weeks as they also earn a ticket to the final. 1st after the short Diana MUKHAMETZIANOVA and Ilya MIRONOV of Russia skated well earning the 177.58 but drop from top spot to take home the silver. Iuliia ARTEMEVA and Mikhail NAZARYCHEVof Russia skated a strong free program earning a
179.83 to move from silver up one step to take the
gold. In Men, it was a night of many mistakes until the final 2 groups provided such good skating and fierce determination Shun SATO of Japan was
fourth in both the short and free but collected 219.69 to capture the bronze and his fate for the Junior Grand Prix Final is still
up in the air. 1st after the short Artur DANIELIAN of Russia made a few small mistakes but overall is such a good
skater earning 223.82 to capture the silver. 3rd after the short, skating last, Andrei MOZALEV of Russia handled the pressure keeping his
focus to earn 236.44 as he captured the title
and a spot in the Junior Grand Prix Final.
