The Dancing on Ice 2020 line-up has been ‘revealed’ – and there are some very famous faces taking part  Four contestants have been officially confirmed this week, with the rest set to be announced in the coming days  Love Island finalist Maura Higgins and TV presenter Maura Higgins were the first pair to be announced on Tuesday’s This Morning  While football pundit Kevin Kilbane and ITV News’ Lucrezia Millarini were confirmed to be taking part on Wednesday  However, the remaining eight names who have signed on the dotted line have been ‘leaked’ ahead of the official reveals Trisha Goddard  Talk show queen Trisha Goddard is perhaps the biggest signing for the new series  The popular TV host, 61, is expected to go far in the competition after being spotted on the ice already   A source told The Sun : “Trisha is game to give anything a go so when she was approached about joining up, she jumped at the chance She’s had a few turns on the rink and she’s already mastered the basics.  “Trisha picked it up quite quickly and producers think her have-a-go attitude will take her far in the competition ”  Dancing On Ice have do not comment on speculation around the line-up. Joe Swash  Cheeky chappy Joe Swash is also expected to join the Dancing On Ice line-up next year  Joe recently announced that he was stepping down from his presenting duties on I’m A Celebrity: Extra Camp  He has also become a dad again after girlfriend Stacey Solomon gave birth to baby Rex  A source said: “It’s no secret ITV love him and are keen to see him on the ice. He’s looking for a new challenge after I’m A Celeb and he’s sure to prove popular with viewers ” Perri Kiely  Diversity star Perri first came into the limelight when he was just 13-years-old on Britain’s Got Talent  He may have a major advantage in the competition as fellow Diversity dancer and close pal Ashley Banjo is on the judging panel  Perri, now 26, is no stranger to reality TV and appeared on Celebs Go Dating. Caprice  Caprice is ready to make her comeback to TV after suffering from a brain tumour in 2017  The American model had to pull out of Channel 4’s The Jump after doctors found a growth on her brain  Caprice, 47, will be hoping to bring some glamour to the ice. Lisa George   Coronation Street star Lisa George, who is best known for her role of Beth Tinker, has signed up to take part as well  The cobbles favourite will be following in the footsteps of co-stars, Brooke Vincent Jane Danson and Antony Cotton  And bosses will be hoping she’s as feisty as her Corrie character.  On joining the show, Lisa said “I haven’t been on the ice for about 40 years Yesterday was my first session on the ice. It was good, I really enjoyed it, I did’t fall I was a bit scared, I was quite nervous.  “I can’t believe I’m 50 next year and I just thought ‘if I don’t do this now I’m never going to have the chance to do it again’ ” Libby Clegg  Para-athlete Libby Clegg is turning her attention to the ice after a successful career on the track  She represented Team GB in the 2008 summer Paralympics and scooped a Silver medal in the T12 100m race  At the Rio games she went even further and won a gold medal in the T11 200m. Ben Hanlin  British magician Ben Hanlin will be hoping to perform some tricks on the ice  The sorcerer, 33, is best known for presenting Tricked on ITV2 since 2013.  He describes himself as a mixture of Derren Brown and David Blaine Ian ‘H’ Watkins    Ian ‘H’ Watkins from Steps is another big name confirmed for the 2020 line-up  The 43-year-old can bust some moves on stage while performing, but can he turn that into points on the ice?  He will certainly have the support of the legions of avid Steps followers  On joining the show, H said “What am I doing? I have frantically been You Tubing James Jordan and Ray Quinn I have kids now so it’s a skill I can learn and take my kids to the ice.  “It’s scary and exciting and now there’s no turning back I know I’m going to be put through my paces and that’s the name of the game.” Maura Higgins  Maura’s involvement in the new series was announced on Tuesday’s This Morning  Speaking of joining the show, Maura revealed: “I’ve skated twice in my life just for fun, so I’ve no experience at all  “I’m up for the challenge. I’m more excited than scared. I’m brave and competitive so I think that will drive me ” Michale Barrymore  Michael Barrymore was also announced on Tuesday’s This Morning  The former Strike It Lucky host was once among the highest paid stars on TV.  Michael said: “I’m delighted to say that I’ll be joining the Dancing on Ice line up for 2020 I’m looking forward to meeting Holly and Phil. I’m very’s performance time!” Kevin Kilbane  Former footballer Kevin Kilbane was confirmed to be taking part live on Talksport Radio on Wednesday  Revealing the news, the Match of the Day pundit confessed he is a “total novice” on the ice and has zero skating experience  The 42-year-old said: “I am going on as a total novice. I’m starting from scratch here This is going to be a massive challenge for me.  “I’ve been taking it easy for the last few years since I finished (football) so let’s just see how this one goes ” Lucrezia Millarini   Lucrezia Millarini was announced on Dancing On Ice’s Instagram page on Wednesday  The ITV News star will join the trio when the series returns in January, revealing she “can’t wait” to take on the challenge  She said: “I’m super excited to be joining the line up for DOI! I can’t wait to get out there on the ice and start training  “While the news agenda is already pretty busy these days, I know life is about to get a lot busier with a few bruises along the way!”   *Dancing On Ice returns to ITV in early 2020
