Crazy Legs drill. Keep your body centered over the cone. Practice scissoring. Work on making sure that your feet clear both sides of the cone. When you’re ready, move over to the next side Keep your body centered. When you’re ready, move over to the next side. So your foot in the middle goes in front of the cone. Work on this until you’re comfortable. If you want you can integrate dribbling.

    question! with this move, are you up on your toes the whole time? or does that depend on how you use/style it?
    Also, i LOVED your transitions video! now i throw them in while skating and can fool people into thinking i'm actually a good skater xD hahaha
