Hi man. There's a one question that bothers me. I have sharp edges on tips and tails for good all mountain sking and detuned under the boot section for safe rail sliding. But what about butters? Does edge sharpness matter? Should I extend detunning till both ends of the ski?

Question: I'm a beginner to freestyle skiing. Do I need twintip skies in order to start doing tricks. For example 180 or 360? Bäst freestyle channel in youtube!

hii I've been trying to get into freestyle skiing but i can't pop properly
i've seen many of your videos on popping and jumps and it seems achievable but when i actually try the jumps i only go about 30 cm off the ground
are there any prerequisites i should know on jumping?
    also love your videos ♡

I'm a good skier however when sliding rails I tend to always fall onto my side onto the rail no matter how far apart my feet are. Any help?

First of all thanks for the great advices, and what do you suggest, how often you should wax your ski. Depending on what you ride. (Park, pow,…)

    Hi Jens,
Was wondering if you could make a video addressing the differences between a directional and symmetrical ski and the importance of binding position, I've been considering buying some centre mounded, true twin, all mountain skis but I've only used directional skis and I can't find any decent advice online.
    Thanks

For rails, get really good at sliding boxes sideways and just get really good balance on boxes and when you hit a rail for the first time speed helps a lot but if your falling off just let your skis fall off at least until you get good on rails because you can slide out if you try and correct yourself

For the question that was how many tricks you can learn in a week it really depends on how athletic you are. I’m not trying to flex but I learned a 360 In a day. One day I was just like I can do 180s I should try a 360 and got it in a day

You can crouch low and still maintain shin pressure, but I suppose your point is that maybe it's not a good idea for beginners? Take a look at Woodsy, his hands almost drag on the ground he starts jumps from such a low position https://www.instagram.com/p/Bqj43flHhKt/ Thanks for making these videos.

Can you do tricks with twin tips that have the binding more towards the back? I have Vökl twin tips, but I mostly ski on piste, but K want to get into doing tricks. I kinda go suicidal on the small and medium jumps with zero pop. It works but I want to improve. Can I with these skis. Also if I have the binding in the centre: can I ski on piste normally? Thank you for reading :)👍🤟
