Well you oiler fans are going off as tho Neal has scored 35 goals since he was traded yesterday. The oilers have to get Neal to put the puck in the net at least 20 times in 82 games. The flames only gotta get lucic to put the puck in the net 10 times in 82 games and smash body's around and fight. Calgary won't have any problems get that out of lucic, Neal tho I don't think is going to be able to do it.

Good trade but he really needs to learn the name is Connor McDavid, not Connor McDougall (2:08)

Holland is the most competent GM weโ€™ve had since โ€œSlatsโ€ ran the Oilers (my era)

It's trading a red apple for a green apple that both are past ripe. That said, the right chef can make really tasty stuff with that apple. I think the Oilers can do that with this coach.

$750 k per year retention and a conditional 3rd rounder stings a bit tho just my opinion.

I'm glad we acquired Ken Holland and i think he will do some good here in Edmonton, i hope. I think he's doing good so far, but we won't know for sure until we see what happens this season. Good luck oilers.

This man has won more trades than PC has won his whole Career as a oilers Gm. I think Neal has a huge bounce back year! Neal can be bought out if needed, lucics contract is buy out proof and would only save 500k. Good deal either way
