[Applause] I'm sorry man I'm at a ski resort chuckling totally it's where most of the snow related events will occur at the Winter Olympics in February 2000 here I really think I can come in and let this fear that's why I'm here have you seen this video it's amazing unfortunately that's not me that's actually a woman named Katherine Katherine relocated here in October from Scotland why did you move here and what exactly do you do I'm the ski school director at Tyler desert now with the Olympics coming to this area there's so much development happening and really exciting opportunities in the winter snow sports area so that's why I came to chocolate that's great well I think you made a smart move coming here briefly from Scotland believe it or not chun-li used to be one of China's poorest house chun-li is located in jeong-ja cow it's about 150 miles from base yet over the past few years billions of dollars have been spent constructing new ski reclaims apartments and hotels and this mountainous area as a whole has become an increasingly popular place for both tourists and skiers alike hey listen I got a question to ask you you ready to make me an Olympic skier let's do this we could do it oh I'll tell you even though it's negative 4 degrees Fahrenheit today learning how to ski is fun and as you can see plenty of people are hitting the slopes here in chun-li over the past three and a half years the number of ski trails here more than doubled the area's scene of steadily rising fall of the horse in 2017 three point nine million tourists came here generated 386 million dollars to accommodate visitors for hotels add her above before storms have been constructed and another 14 will be built I had a great time trying to learn how to ski today and chun-li what I got to tell you it's pretty hard and I'm definitely not going to become an Olympic skier I'm gonna go back to Beijing see if I could find a different winter related sport that I'm better at let's see what I can find I'm at the Beijing unit pair of figure skating Performance Center this is the only venue in Beijing that can service like a theater and as a skating rink as you can see throughout the day people come here to get take skating lessons at this roughly 19,000 square foot facility I actually heard there's a woman here named John Dan John Ben won a silver medal as a figure skater at the Olympics and I'd love to have a chance to meet up with her see if she can teach me a thing or two on the ice hi come in Hey are you looking for someone for you I've heard about you before yeah you used to be a lawyer before you started this club right how did that transition possibly happen that's a really good catcher I've entered this business when fighting one the housing right after 2022 Winter Olympic Games the Winter Olympics has brought maverick positive changes in the health loss industry we saw more and more stir up business all kinds of winter sports in the last couple of years I think she made a really smart decision opener new skating problem ever since Beijing is winning Olympic bid so many new opportunities have arisen in this sector the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Sports predicts that went to related sports industries both generate roughly 5.9 billion dollars for Asia by the Year 2022 I can't wait to learn how to stay sunny chance you can introduce me to jog then I think she came to get me there I'll tell you what if you want to put your money on somebody you can possibly become a future Olympic skater you'd be wise to bet your money on one of these kids very wise I think it's time for me to go back and see if I can find another new winter-related sport that I could be good at so easy I didn't cheat on it's a popular spot located northwest in the Forbidden City this scenic area has three links and what it bends is largest outdoor skating areas as you can see you can come here and have fun using all sorts of different things including special chairs and bicycles that allow you to hit the ice the Winter Olympics have increased the popularity of outdoor physical activities across China in addition to the previously mentioned activities Chinese citizens enjoy ice dragon boat races ice slides ice wrestling snow carving horse racing on ice and more although an unorthodox method of outdoor physical training it's easy it's entertaining and it's safe for people of all ages adil I think I can actually do a pretty good job in this chair so I don't look like event but a bust you kidding me

No. Because you can not be "random" when you become a member of the national team.
This American guy is covert anti-Chinese — he intentionally didn't say UK for the British ski instructor of Scottish ancestry.
