I agree. Do not eat a big meal after a couple hours of snowboarding. Save it until you are done for the day. All the blood running to your gut will be make you sluggish and cause you to miss your landings

The crew plays a big role… I progressed a lot this year riding with people that are way better that I am, but people that encouraged me to progress too.

I love ridig my pow board in the park, felt so much better. Personal preference but my 163 nitro slash is helping me progress way more than the old park board I had! Keep an eye open on whistler park for the slash rider!!!

Personally I fast on big riding days. Your body is burning ketones at that point and the energy is more stable, plus you’re physically lighter and your body can dedicate blood flow to your muscles versus your digestive system

i always tend to be a little shaky if eat less than average, so my meals are quite as normal as they are on a regular day. What i find more important is, to realize, that it is OK to fall. Majority of the falls are not as hard as you imagine. So if you go for new tricks, dont expect them to work out first try.

Holy!! Blew my mind with the juice tip!!! I always felt that downward feeling and you kinda get off your game and lose confidence. I also noticed dressing light helps!! I recently hit the park in just a long sleeve shirt and wow!! I feel the mobility

    Hello Kevin,

Thanks for the video, I love snowboarding, especially with my friends, but do you think trying to improve and do more dangerous things is worth the risk of falling and getting injured?

I love how TJ has helped inspire you for park riding and you've helped him this season with his big mountain riding – quite the pair!

The "juice" is real. Recognize it. I also call it the power meter.

What crash pants would you recommend? Also are knee pads worth it or do they decrease your mobility?

Agreed! Now how do you overcome that mental battle when trying new tricks on bigger features?
