nuta me is learning all of the time improving as well at a pretty good win against their one of the good Americans Shakima Wimbley in SOT Ville earlier in the week was fourth in lausanne Diamond League so she's definitely improving right when she needs to Stephanie and McPherson very experienced Jamaican third in their trials third littles on Diamond League maturita Jackson well before you saw that list there 49 78 a previous best she actually set in the Olympic final in Rio back in 2016 but then followed that up with a pretty awful run in Lausanne has to be said so we will see which Jackson we get here today then Laroy the commonwealth silver medalist moved up into lane for Amandine Brasi a well she when a bronze medal at the world student Games which are held in Italy recently and run to personal bests in the semi-final and the final to go under 52 for the first time in her career I need a hora back from Slovenia on the inside so the one paper you say sharika Jackson with a 49 78 clocking but when you saw her last performance I'm not sure if she had an issue in Lausanne or not but certainly should be the favor but watch out for Nielsen to put in a good performance in Lane seven against the sort of field which you know it could be in the sort of heat so maybe maybe not quite semi-finals standard at the World Championships but certainly good competitors here good chance for Nielsen so Jackson in Lane five McPherson in six Nielsen in seven very cleanly where Emily diamond shoots away out in lane nine given the other something to run at her tuned a bit of speed coming into for their that and Nielsen oh I also started pretty quickly and then Laroy anastasiya Laroy going very well sharika Jackson yet to get moving here McPherson not too far away but Nielsen might just about have to leave through the first 200 meters in front of a home crowd here can the British youngster bring this home or certainly staying contention yet Laroy who's having an excellent race of the Jamaicans and now finally sharika Jackson starting to come through but it's still Neilson now actually got some strength here McPherson coming through Neilson just starting the tread water a little bit she Rika Jackson trying to get there not far to go she's got to get past who's gonna win it Jackson's gonna come through him in person and Nielsen well that must be a personal best for Neilson brilliant running went out attacked it leading until 50 meters to go and goodness me was she working hard at the hot point but she almost held off sharika Jackson one of the fastest women in the world this year but Jackson had to fight so so hard to come through to win that we're just waiting for the official time for Neilson to come through interesting fact I was talking to her earlier on a couple weeks ago a new personal best look at that 50.83 you know that she never ever competed in English schools most British athletes as they come through competing English schools it Rahel us we can Birmingham incidentally this year but well done lovey Anil said that is a massive breakthrough not on your personal best but really competitive with a couple of the best for demeter runners in the world Emily diamond with the season's best backing up a performance in Chula forum well that was absolutely superb Michael what do you think she was leading at this point Michael Johnson watching yeah absolutely I mean this was fantastic running by Olivia obviously the the class of the field both came through at the end but this is how you run the race she took it out you know quick from the very beginning from the gun which you need to do establish the position put pressure on everyone else in Luci there Stephanie and Macpherson sharika Jackson both veterans in this event coming under a bit of pressure but fantastic running by Olivia great finish and I'm sure she would have been concerned at the last you know 40 meters or so at this point are they gonna come they're on the inside of me but hold form she does a pretty good job here of holding form and that is exactly what you want to do in the 400 meters that's what leads to the pastimes and the personal bests it's getting out quick running a fast first 200 meters and then just trusting the training that you can hold on and get through that finish line well that's a real breakthrough performance almost getting onto the British top ten ever list not too far away and well this sort of improvement boats so well for her and apart from anything else she's now the fattest British runt of this year so Jody Williams as 51:22 who's been wiped away she knew didn't she soon as she crossed the line excellent performance so she Rika Jackson gets the win fifty point six nine McPherson with the seasons best in second their big personal best for Nielsen in third and as I said Emily diamond performing well back in sixth place

1, 3, 4, the Jamaicans, that's amazing but the commentator is stuck on the British. I congratulate her, however, can he be more biased?

I want to know why some of these commentators is so bias against certain kinds of athletes, the girl from England came in 3rd and. The Jamaican athletes came in 1 & 2,and the commentator is spending more time talking about the British athlete. Like is she won the race, some of those commentators is so bias against certain kinds of athletes.
It is not going to changed the results to these bias commentators, we can beat any athletes on any given day. If our athletes is injured free, also they are very strong and good stamina. It was a very good run by the Jamaican ladies athletes, they are very hard to beat on any given day. I am really pleased watching the race to see the strength, and the stamina those ladies really displayed. Congratulations to you ladies for coming 1& 2,flying the flag really high.
