you know Colo jessica beard out wide wetland John Jonathas Kendall Ellison fork right along to the right of Allyson Felix and Shakima Wimbley the defending champion starts in line six we don't say this often but Allyson Feliz is not the favorite in this race the favorite is on your screen right now fastest in the first round and fastest in the semi-final with fifty twenty Shakima Wimbley is the favorite in this race she's in Lane six can I tell you something funny that Allyson Felix said yesterday after knowing that she made the finer said I can't believe it but it feels good to make a final and here is that final why she's here though she's got to do something worth and watch for that third turn that second turn the third that's the expected today to get in that top three and possibly make the 400-meter team obviously she'll have a chance to the relay pull if she's in top six she's falling off the pace told me this is what she could not afford because I don't know she could run down the ladies of his brother four out of the trouble Kendall Ellis is a long way it's shekinah Grindley who leads it comes to the challenge the second Allyson Felix in about six across the line so that means she'll be eligible for the relay so Allyson Felix has just made her 13th straight theme to a global championship a great race this was her second national title on this track last year she ran top 50 she hasn't competed outdoors [Applause] I always say when you run on tracks you have great performances you're able to pull on that and shoot one big last year on this track and she was able to do that again today

alongside Millar uibo and Nasser, Seyni from Niger is also a very good competitor, if Americanos and Jamaicanos won't able to run under 49.50s then there is not even a chance to win a medal

Well damn, Felix gave birth in mid December. For her to be on the track 7 months later in a final is damn amazing. I seriously thought she would take the entire year off like Shelly-Ann. For her to already be getting back into form means she's coming out blazing for Tokyo before she retires.

Felix used to run this time in the first round when she was at her best. Good comeback. Great to see Felix back on the track again. Miller and Nasser are running a second faster than this time. These ladies need to run faster than this time if they want the gold medal at the world Champs. Not convincing but there is still room for improvement.
