all right so here is the plan for what we are doing today it is – well the 1100 swap is up and running or the 1100 SX or the C rap whatever you want to call it it's up and running so Jacob's gonna be test riding that today we're hoping to get a top speed some so I'm riding impressions like what do you call it like kind of a review ish of it yeah and I will be out there hammering the scoop up I'll be camera Inge on the 1300 are and hopefully we're just going to be top speed checking off the speedometer off the $1300 I'm not sure how accurate that speedo is I'll probably just look that up later and see what the internet says about accuracy on that unfortunately I'm stuck in km/h I can't figure how to change it so I'll just convert it I'll convert it probably or something the key is sitting on the table all right throw this on my head full range check all right we're set Wow that thing is crazy fast Hey you want to go up there let me up okay we are out of the course and what you know it is starting to rain I don't know if you guys can see that probably you can I gotta catch up I'm gonna make sure I got an angle that will work Oh all I can say is that thing is insane she got plenty of punch it was really cold it's raining I'm not complaining if this is a Washington state it's like 62 degrees and raining man I got to get over there and talk to well how was it dude I think seems hardcore I need to like wipe the screen off but I don't oh I got a little bit there we go it seems so fast if somebody who actually knows for me basically it has like half-inch shim under the back of the ride plate keep the nose down it doesn't really porpoise now but then it puts like all the pressure on the nose and the nose does have Toby's on it too so basically this thing feels like it just wants to turn only turn and not go on a straight line and if you try to go in a straight line you're gonna die and yeah so I think maybe will be better is to just take all the shims out of the ride plate and then maybe deepen the I think it's the chines where like the bottom bees on the sides down yeah what did that and then took the shims on the ride plate I think that a person could ride this in a straight line and maybe not die but like even on the straightaway it could it had way more yeah when you are kneeling down and going you didn't even have it at top speed did you know and we were we were I was saying maybe you could do the top speed on your knees just keep your weight back oh I know it's so fast but you got way more hole shot than me so get up to it slowly and we were cruising easily at 85 to 90 kilometers so I'll just do a little conversion put that on the screen it's probably it's in the 50s somewheres because 100 kilometers is like 62 or 63 so I know because I was thinking about it when I drove a car today and I was looking at the thing so it seems so fast but look it already just jumps out of the water well all on my screens maybe you can see us now yeah I don't know man it doesn't really struggle on the bottom it's got plenty of punch well it's not like crisp throttle response well when I wrote it earlier today I seems pretty good to me yeah well it's like it's not quite like the punch I don't know how to say it doesn't feel like the jetting this crisp is like a super jet or something okay but everybody says these carbs I don't know you want to hit the bilge pump see if anything comes out oh you probably saw like I did you can turn this thing and basically have the whole nose dive under the water yeah it's like trimmed too much for the nose to put in definitely yeah I think you know I needed more on the nose because the weight distribution is like a little bit back it's a lot better with the triple in it then with a two cylinder it pushed a little bit more weight forward and keeps the nose down better and it was but it still had a little bit of that porpoise tendency yeah I thought that this thing had a lot of power and it was really fun because some for me on the regular super Jets with 700 ones there like adequate they work but you kind of sometimes want a little bit more like this is like full-on power mode yeah it's very cool very fun it's very fast to thanks krazee and super loud water line going into my pretend that would be insane I don't really yeah all right well it's ringing what do you think if somebody else was thinking about building one of these 1100 in the 650 well 750 is so much easier that's probably better to do that but you got the crap laying around and you want to give it a go I'm gonna say don't go with a 70 mile an hour impeller just go with back foot speed just say just think about it like you're going for a back flip and then yeah Toby's on a 650 is great it makes it handle really good yeah this thing is set up I don't know and this this had to have the Tubby's to clear like the pipe oh yeah yeah so like they're like the hole is cut out the hole is cut out and then the Toby's are put on in fiberglass tin to fit the pipe and and we are reviewing this standing out here in the rain freezing our butts off yeah for you guys on youtube-land but finally finally this thing is up in like legitimately going yeah like this is about this is the skis like 100 pounds lighter than sxr 800 so this is like a hundred pounds lighter than all of those this is like as light as an aftermarket whole ski really it just handles a little bit sketchy here but this one could be tuned up to handle probably pretty close to what you'd want yeah so someone just wants with the ride plate perhaps I think maybe not so much the right plate I think just well if someone wanted to build one of these you just slap whatever ride plate you got laying around and then put some Tubby's on it and then deepen the chains and then if it's two cylinder move the engine forward a little bit to even out the weight distribution well that's not two cylinders it's a triple then you just stick it in there and hope it's gonna be good all right well I think to finish this out would be pretty cool if you just start in the back come through and head straight out there's not really anything right here right now like covered in grass yeah I really didn't think we were gonna leave it back here we are the very next day testing an adjustment to the ride plate so Dave didn't pick it out I'm just gonna watch freezing and hopefully this turns out good grab my phone off the table and get me somebody footage all you guys get buddy footage for your phone so that you can show your friends co-workers whatever so and show them you're not lame okay I gotta go get his phone now spring nuts it look looked a lot better there's a lot less bouncy looking or not bouncy but uh nose-heavy looking so explain the rewards of what you did so you can drive it now in a straight line without feeling like you're gonna die that's pretty good yeah it looked like it was riding the fly and those pushing the nose in the nose does porpoise a tiny bit what's worth definitely is worth it their handles decent now yeah look pretty good ah and what'd you do you just change the shims on the right call the shims out of the ride plate okay so a shim for nose-down before and you just took them out so it's regular flat yep regular flat and then I don't know maybe it's running rich or something it kind of feels like a spark plugs are fouling out a bit it doesn't look like it or sound like it well it's a bit sluggish it doesn't look or sound sluggish well it's a little bit smaller than it sluggish than it was yesterday okay we'll go out again though and see I think they'll cap this from off for sure yeah all right yeah did y'all for watching see you next time

Needs a taller pitch for sure and a stuffer grate if you don’t have one on it

So ya know the sxr1500 is the same engine block as the ultra 310r sit down skis so someone could swap it over and it’d fit no problem. A 310 hp stand up jetski would be the coolest shit

Make sure your front tubbies are perfectly aligned if one is positioned differently than the other it can make the skid ride very funny. Especially if it’s pulling to either the left or the right. What ride plate is on the ski?

That sea rat is a real beast–that must make Jacob the beast rider!  Can he tame the beast or will the beast tame him? That is the question!  That thing has a definitive almost human scream-! Quit scarin your mom–she likes you all in one piece!  Is this the last ride of the season before the chilly winds and cold rains of autumn dominate the region?Probably not–"die hards";  that's what those boys are!
