you guys have no idea how hard it is to film as a part-time nudist I put on some clothes and we can start the vlog now ok Ashley and I are leaving one Guanajuato- wow I still got Bed Head I just got out of bed I’ve been reading all your comments and responding guys thank you so much for… I guess leaving comments in our video that makes us feel happy and we have gotten so many comments today i think we had like 400 subscribers in the last 36 hours and all of you are commenting so we’re trying to catch up and keep up with all of them but honestly it’s like I respond and then 2 more comments come in I think one of our viewers hacked into YouTube and then change our subscriber number. Seriously, I’m not joking like the numbers going we can’t keep up. The is like, this week hit a million views which a million is like a substantial amount right yeah and then we also got 8,000 now subscribers like yesterday or the day before and now we’re at like eight thousand four hundred yeah how does that happen we don’t understand youtube makes no sense but now we have to clean up our huge mess in this tiny little room within the next hour and get out here to catch a bus to go to Guadalajara for like what a five hour bus ride basically have two travel days in a row so I’m not sure how we’re going to film that I think we’ll condense it into this one video because we’re already like a day or two ahead Yeah, you guys can see our two travel days we’re actually flying tomorrow so that’ll be fun we haven’t been on an airplane in a really long time okay but I gotta pack up are you packing tequila shot glasses in your bag [uh, no?] yes are you actually keeping those yes when we were at the glass factory he gave these to us like hand gave them to us and they’re so special and cute my little guy lays in them little agaves in them little blue agaves. That’s true, it’s hard it’s hard like people want to give you stuff but we don’t have room but we also want to keep it but we can’t so I’m stuffing it in with my shirts to protect them and then what what’s the end goal here I’m going to drink water out of them while we travel all right okay that is it all packed up yep how are you Ash? great alright, do you have our tickets? right here we want to change the time of our tickets because we’re supposed to leave later but we have nothing to do here today so we figure we just get to Guadalajara ASAP we’re actually staying at a hotel which supposedly has a pool so maybe we’ll get some lounge time in maybe we’ll see goodbye to this wonderful view I will actually miss it i love being able to just wake up and see this view and then at night see the lights light up. really cool but on to the next one ok Ashley decided take the lead on this one we’re going to wait in line this line to see if we can change our bus tickets til now instead of an hour from now. [Voice Over: Hola. Igles? E-english? No? Um, yo quiero cambiar tiempo por auto Guadalajara yeah, si cambiar tiempo uh-huh ok oh gracias! Yeah si] there’s only two spots left on the 11:40 and we got them oh wow but we’re separate okay that’s fine yeah It’s at 11:40 yeah oh ok but still it’s packed like it’s full so we’re leaving 40 minutes early from our 12 something bus no we had a one o’clock bus oh we had a 1 o’clock bus ok so all right yes good job yeah I’m in seat number 2 hopefully you get a cute Mexican boy. And you’re in seat 17 hopefully I get a hot mamacita hmm I’m hoping for an old lady for you an “abuela” alright so I guess we just wait for 40 minutes yeah lets like read you can get a coffee maybe. Ah, that sounds really good. There she is now to get our snacks put our bags on the bus and get on there for five hours wait, 5 hours? Something like that probably less. Oh dang, alright lets go Have fun. Alright enjoy your ride. Thank you. Alright, we’ve arrived in Guadalajara I think we should just grab and Uber because we’re pretty- we’re not too far from our hotel. Thats good I don’t know where it’s at so- yeah we’re on the west side of the city so our hotel is close to the airport we’ll just grab an Uber. Cool, that’s what I figured. Geeze Louise! We just checked in to our hotel resort it’s an old hotel resort but this room is ginormous and they have a really big pool that looks nice outside. yeah the view is awesome from the other side of the building but that’s ok this place has got a weird vibe to it’s like very quiet and old and a little a little rundown but like not it’s not bad it’s just kind of got this like weird weird relaxed vibe yeah so I picked this place because it’s nine miles from the airport so and they do it airport shuttle we have learned our lesson many times that when you have morning airplanes you should probably stay close to the airport yeah so that’s why we’re here so for now we’re really hungry and we’re on the top of a mountain in the middle of a resort and the only option we have is to either leave or eat at their restaurant so well maybe the menu is right there we can check it out but I gotta pee. okay go have fun enjoy your pee okay we dropped our bags off the Internet’s not working so thankfully once again i still have my sim card in my phone and i can order an uber because we decided that we want to go visit an area that you guys have been pestering us to go visit and we didn’t have time to do it before while we were in Guadalajara so we’re going to go to to Tlaquepaque, if thats I say it and we’re going to find something to eat and explore the area yeah mostly I just need to eat something she’s like she had she she is unable to make decisions right now look at my cheeks are all red yeah you just need food so first off we’re going to get the uber go to Tlaquepaque find food and then we’ll walk around let’s go but this place is nice yeah I actually booked this on hotels.com for twenty nine dollars a night spent a little bit more but we’re really close to airport so worth it in that way yeah exactly. Oh yeah, it’s pretty warm actually. and it’s hot out right now so we’re good to go in the water except that we’re leaving yeah ok we’ll visit Tlaquepaque get some food and maybe come back quickly. okay Ashley’s on a mission. I want a burger and I want a burger now! she saw a burger place as we walked in so she is taking me right there she’s like, “screwed price screw this place I saw burgers and I want burgers and we’re having burgers.” Actually that looks good right there. No, eyes on the prize Ashley. That is what caught here eye. This is what I saw while we drove passed. actually it’s not a bad price either Nope, I’m ready for burgers. I got ham on it, and pineapple she’s finally happy you guys. I need some food in me! She was getting real hangry! well my body shuts down oh my gosh that hit the spot but we were sure to leave room for ice cream yeah cuz Ashley saw a giant line and then she’s of course she’s like “Oh that’s ice cream? A line for ice cream?” Yeah it pretty much means the bomb-diggity and we got to try it out for all our new fans from Guadalajara will let you know what this new ice cream spot is. That’s a line for ice cream We’re gonna stand in line? Thats a long line. where even is the line- oh it’s down at this street! The line is down the street for ice cream! holy crap! right start your clock let us know what time- clock started. It’s Ashley time. Perfect. Chapalita, it means a little lady or something like- little old lady I guess. Something like that. But we’re going to eat here ice cream. It’s probably it’s like home made too! Whoa, there’s a step. I got this. So, Tlaquepaque is historically, San Pedro i want to say it was absorbed by Guadalajara… last century and it’s actually the second largest city in jalisco a couple years ago they did the censuses and half a million people in this city alone so this place is known for their glass and pottery- Media. Uno? Una. What did you get? Snickers and some other one. Good old traditional jalisco ice cream snickers It’s all home made ice cream… Alright you got everything you wanted it’s a lot more yellow than I expected! Thats what happens when you use real cream yeah… this top one is Snickers and it tastes just like a frozen Snickers. It is so good! So, Ashley approved ice cream yes, no wonder they have a huge line. Jalisco you done good. wow I’m glad we got one to share yeah that’s very rich Look at how big this bed is! 3 pillows, not just two. this is the biggest bed we’ve had all year long I thought we were making this into one video today and tomorrow- nah nah girl this is this is today you’ve gotta give the people what they want we’re gonna go watch a movie on our laptop and then go to sleep and wake up in the morning and head to the airport so I guess we’ll see you in the mañana. adios amigos! Adios!

Re: your subscribers I think I found you by looking up travel vloggers. Strangely enough, though I know there must be a LOT of them out there, right? I couldn't really find a lot of people who posted regularly. I don't know how to phrase this exactly, but I liked your vlog because your videos are exceptional, and you seem like nice / real / normal people. Some of the vloggers are too cool for me (not that you guys aren't cool!! You are!!) But you are very relatable and down to earth, which I like. 🙂

It seems that YouTube has levels and once you get to certain levels (whatever they may be… view? Subscribers?) it zooms you up more quickly by showing you as more recommended videos?? I'm not sure!

We have been vlogging almost daily since last May and are only at 609! But we just started working on the SEO a bit more so hopefully it helps.

Why do you say "city". Guadalajara is a Metropoli, if you didn't visit the non stereotyped zones and businesses areas doesn't mean is not a modern city.

The hotel is not just old. In fact, it is a charming building that the rich landowners had in the middle of the 18th century, similar to the old Mexicans haciendas. It is a classic building. The owners had to spend a lot of time and money. to incorporate modern rooms. but they tried to keep the historical aspect.
It is a privilege to sleep in a hotel of this type. only cities. as Santa Fe in new mexico. have this type of hotels in USA. But in Mexico. there are hotels of this type in Veracruz, Yucatan, Zacatecas Etc. in Europe. France. He also has this type of hotels. This is not a modern hotel. falsely trying to look old…… you felt it. Very silent and messenger. of the lives of another time!

I think maybe we were in the same hotel.
I was in the US Navy and traveled the Mediterranean twice,
Up and down the east coast of the United States including Nova Scotia to the Caribbean.
    Better than Venice.
    Hospitality amazing.
People all around the world visit this little city.
    Just beautiful.
Guanajuato was the most amazing place I have been to, ever.
