This is most basic spin. The wheels raised on the floor. When you spin to the right, the right toe should touch the floor. When you spin to the left, the left toe should touch the floor. We’re going to practice it first. Try holding it for 3 seconds. Let’s spin!
We going to spin half-round first.
Put your feet into the “11” position then squat down low. It’s important to look slightly upward now
because you’ll fall over if you look down. Raise your arms and turn them in the direction you want to spin.
Pull your arms in order to build speed. Spin half-round. We going to spin one-round. Most beginners will find it difficult to keep their balance. The reason is you billed speed into your arms
but you couldn’t manage it. When you’ve built up speed, you have to hold this force in your core. When you’ve built up speed, you have to hold this force in your core. I’ll give you one more tip.
When you spin, put your one foot in the back, then you might have more stability. Go ahead and do another spin. Put your feet into the “11” position then squat down low. Spin on toe. That’s when put your feet in a row. Make sure you keep your feet in a row
and keep your legs in balance. Think of your body as in a square. Please review spin again at the end of this video.
