I geuss this posture will difficult for beginners. So you should practice step by step. At frist, practice without lifting your feet. Put your feet in the “T” position
and then move your toes inward. Put your feet in the “T” position
and then move your toes inward. Don’t let your feet go far from one another. Try to lifting your heel. Lift both your heels and move right,
and then put your right heel down. Lift both your heels again and move left,
and then put your left heel down. Last, try connecting those postures. You can see two different ways.
If your feet go far from one another, it looks unpretty a bit. You shouldn’t try that. You can apply, move to one side twice. Tell me, what you want to see in a video.
